I bought the 3 in 1 rice balls from this branch which is at the interchange. It was horrible. I will go to the Causeway Pt branch to get the real taste of the 3 in 1 rice balls next time.

Maybe you should change your attitude before serving customers. Their sign board and menu shows different numbers for the same set. After i pointed them the error, there was so much attitude. The cashier was friendly in trying to resolve. But whoever was the chinese speaking lady, who acted like a manager, gave so much attitude. Mind you, I was being very nice in this situation. I just wanted to point this error out.

I would like to provide feedback regarding a customer service experience I had at the Mr Bean outlet at the Woodlands interchange on 24 December 2025. There was some confusion during my order regarding the filling. I believed I had requested sesame, but one of the staff members insisted that I had asked for peanut. While making payment, I clarified the order in Malay by saying, “Dah orang kata nak sesame, kasi je la sesame.” There were no vulgar or offensive words used. After that, my nephew, who was standing with me, informed me that one of the staff members (the middle female staff) used the word “sapi”, which is understood to be an insulting term. I did not hear this personally, but it was brought to my attention immediately after the interaction and made us uncomfortable. Additionally, after my order was completed, the staff member near the cashier handed over the food in an aggressive manner by sliding it across the counter. I usually avoid giving negative feedback as I understand that everyone can have a bad day. However, this experience was disappointing and I hope the management can look into this matter and provide better customer service training to staff.

The young Chinese employee's attitude this morning was extremely rude! This isn't the first time! I've already given them another chance! We're here to spend money; we haven't offended you, and we don't owe you anything! You really need to go further! Properly manage your employees! Their attitude is like garbage! If I hadn't personally experienced being treated like this today, I wouldn't be so angry👎👎👎👎
