Worst tang yuan ( glutinous rice balls)I have eaten. The rice ball is ok but the soup base is awlful. Bought the ginger soup with red dates ..Omg , it taste horrible . The presentation looks terrible too. Being a chain operator , quality control and checks ought to be conducted regularly to ensure food standard , Hygenie etc are being observed in all outlets. Utterly disappointed again .

barely any sugar syrup and i asked for 100% sugar level but this tastes more like 0% jesus how do u get it so bad... gna go home and cook my own syrup so i dont waste this hais

The regular ferry berths (facing Sentosa)under renovation. Ferry have to be longsided at the temporary berth behind the cruise port (facing the old Jadine-Step)

Poor organizzation to receive the expected amount of visitors. Waiting time 2 hours. Is not acceptable in Singapore. Its happens on regular basis. Hopefully someone will take an opportune corrective action. Despite the clear uncomfortable situation, the officers are leaving own seat. Against 8 imigration queues, only 4 are are being working. Time spent for each visitor is around 3/4 minutes. Many visitors are transferred to a different office because some irregularities causing additional waste o time, officers should pre-check documents to the visitors prior to arrive to the official check-in to expedite the service.

It looks like a bunch of people have reviewed the boat instead of Mr. Bean, so here is a review for Mr. Bean, the soya stall. So Mr. Bean is all sovit soy. They have shakes, smooties, pancakes etc all with soy. No dariy, no egg. Good for a vegan. I had a chocolate soy shake and it was fresh and delicious in the heat.

Very rude staff!! Was told He is a manager, this kind of working attitude is terrible!!! At 8.30am he is nowhere been found even after 20mins waiting at the stall. When he came back showing very impatient attitude n shouting across the customers banging the things in the stall!! Seriously if u don’t like the job just quit no need to show your temper around and we don’t owe u a living!! Buy at your risk n ruin your day!! I doubt the management will look into this after so many bad reviews here!!

The eggwich is my favourite! you can also choose the sugar level for the soya bean milk here. plus the customer service here is rly good. the auntie was really friendly, nice and polite! will definitely come back for more again
