I really love their 3 in 1 riceball (2 black sesame and 2peanut), their beancurd is smooth and the sweetness is just nice! Have been visiting several times and tried their chocolate & Cheese pancake beancurd, porridge, rice and coffee. Majority desserts are hot that's make me love it. Will recommend their rice bowl instead of their porridge.

Charged $3.20 - 20cents extra for beancurd with tang yuan balls on the 15th of Feb (yuan Xiao) when I had the same one for $3 on Sunday - so opportunistic!! Totally disgusted!! The beancurd doesn’t even taste nice at all

Mr Bean in general and not on any particular outlet, has degraded. The Soyabean milk less fragrant, less tasty and less milky. Once from Tampines MRT, Beancurd was hard and not as smooth even after a replacement. Another time from CompassOne, Beancurd with Black Sesame Glutinous balls caused upset tummy. Granola bars are tasty but contains some small hard beads which require carefulness not to bite on them, feel can crack the teeth.

Would have give 5 stars if the pancakes at hougang mall branch are served hot. It used to be serving hot back in the 1990s to early 2000s but it seems like most of the pancakes are already cold while serving.

Spicy chicken bowl. My favorite! I requested hard boiled egg instead. The lady working (3rd Aug) was all smles and willingly do it for me. Maybe it's a weekday afternoon and it's not crowded. Still, thanks for the extra effort!

Bought 2 soyabean milk. It was thick and sticky tasted bland. Should put the soyabean at a one hand carrier rather than puting it in a two wide plastic bag as it was extremely difficult to take out i spilled the soyabean milk when taking out. The soyabean milk i like is one that is more smooth

I bought the vegetarian jade tofu porridge and it was literally cold, I ate it right away after ordering it but it was cold. The tofu was also spoiled, it was so sour I really hope can improve

There's a Part time Boy called Keane as per I recall from his Nametag. The boy is Very Friendly and Polite when serving me and even other customers in the queue. I will definitely patronise this store again🙂. Update- currently they do not have ginger Beancurd

Bought 2 Beancurd and 3 soya drinks this morning very delicious. Want to Commend this Part time staff called Keane, he's hard working and serve with a smile even when wearing mask. Kudos to this boy Keane!!

Update - Horrible experience this round. I Pity this Part timer called Keane. This youngster is hardworking and he do his best when serving customers. This supervisor Aunty named Ruo Hua is very rude push him aside and scolded him infront of me and few customers queuing. Her words to him was "if you do things slowly and cant be fast just go home, i do by myself can already" in chinese. Thereafter she continue to nag and scould him simply because hes slower then her speed. The customer infront of me also felt bad for this kiddo and in order not to stress him further just order one soya milk. Note to supervisor, this guy is still young and he's still a student, cut him some slack and be more patient.

horrible customer service.last week i went to order just a simple plain soy milk drink at around 9.40pm and 2 young workers(probably the part timers..)said that they were closing soon in a rude tone when the closing time is literally 10pm stated in google. and just now i wanted to buy the usual soy milk drink again but this time it was a aunty that seemed to be not interested in doing her work.. i asked “are yall closed? can i buy soymilk” and she looked backed at the pantry and turned back to me saying “huh but i already kept it already…” also in an unnecessarily rude tone.. this is disappointing.

I have stop Patronising here. Encounter rude and unfriendly service from female supervisor (Short hair) called ruo hua, Keep Scoulding and complaining alot after walking away. younger staff here also have attitude ask them about the promotion reply back in a rude tone. If not happy then don't work, don't need to torture your customers that enjoy buying mr bean and ended up getting chase away. Management need to look into this seriously!!
