It was my first time here. This aunty was serving a customer before my turn. Apparently that lady said something about the aunty did not seal the drink properly, the aunty just ignored her and continue her work, of cos the customer was annoyed by her ignorance and ask why you ignore me then customer walks away. Then my turn, i pass her multiple coupons. I made payment and she started preparing. Dint ask what exact sugar level i want, just assume i want less sweet, thats fine by me. After all packing done, i pick it up and i remember i had a soya bean with grass jelly drink missing. I turn around at the counter and i said i think im missing 1 drink. Aunty simply ignore me just continued taking orders from 5 other customers. Until the queue is gone, she ask the colleague to "entertain" me while she went to the back. The other staff check my order and prepare my missing drink and apologised. I read the review here, and true enough this aunty couldnt care less about customer service.

Sometimes the queue can be long, maybe the staff needs to do the work efficiently. Like what the other have said, the service can be meh.

Ordered a cone of soya ice cream and was handed a melting ice cream which had ice cream already dripping down the cone. Staff did not even bat an eyelid and she did not bother to provide tissue for me to stop the dripping, even when ice cream was clearly dripping onto the ground. Hope to see improvement from the staff here!

staff is condescending, tone is rude. made customer wait but yet has the courage to still be rude and act impatient? is the staff not trained at all? can't believe this attitude. mr bean please respond at retrain your staff at our tampines hub 1+pm.

Slow service, with a resident senior staff who is very temperamental and extremely rude. She even asked a customer her age upfront when it had nothing to do with the order, making the customer noticeably embarrassed and uneasy.

Went to collect my food ordered from grab on the 30/4/23 and had a request to change the sugar level of the drink, the auntie didn't even attend to me and walked off. Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Mr Bean please retrain that one particular auntie or send her off. She seems to be creating a lot of bad rep for OTH Mr Bean, doesn't look so good...

Generally good. I like the porridge. Decided to get the prepack drinks for when I can't make it to the outlet. The packs congealed (and became tofu?) ...even though it was before the expiry date!? Is this testimony that it doesn't have preservatives?

Was sitting in front of the shop eating old chang kee curry puff and saw many ppl ordered their ice cream cone and I decided to give it a try. Love that they have all the calories stated in the menu. The ice cream tastes good. Not super smooth and creamy. Not very sweet either. But would definitely come here when I want a healthier version of ice cream. (FYI only 86 calories)

Slow service, with a resident senior staff who is very temperamental and extremely rude. She even asked a customer her age upfront when it had nothing to do with the order, making the customer noticeably embarrassed and uneasy. When requested to have more of cold mixed with less of the hot soya milk, she did just the opposite, and not even a word of apology when customer alerted her about her mistake. Instead, she angrily chucked the change for the customer's payment on the counter for the poor customer to pick up the coins. What a horrible attitude ! My friends and I suggest that this staff be sent for a good re-training to refresh her customer service skills, as the way she treats customers is insulting and hurts the image of the company she is fronting.
