The store auntie who's on duty today (see receipt), is extremely rude and dishonest - she refused and shouted at me when I merely asked if the pancake can be heated up since it's was stacked on top (not on the metal tray) for the past 20min or so, as I noticed while standing outside the store. She claimed in a loud and condescending voice that the pancake was just made. Well it turned out to be slightly warm on one side and cold rubbery on the other. What would an action of heating up cost her really?? And has she been taught basic service standard to know what's undesirable behaviour like being loud and condescending to customers for a small request?

Server asked for order & I said 3 times before order can get through as she was still handling the front customer who already got her drinks. When told her I already repeated my order 3 times, she not only denied she didn't asked me, but also excused herself that she was handling front customer. It's true that the customer who got her drinks asked something to interrupt, but why must the server deny everything and even tried to reason herself right? DONT ASK NEXT CUSTOMER WHEN YOU ARE NOT READY FOR NEXT ORDER. No one likes to say the same thing 3 times, let alone listen to you arguing after that. Mood spoiler and bad service.

The mr bean here feels better than the other outlets for some reason. Maybe because there's a seating area nearby to eat the snacks. The staff here are also friendlier and the tau Huay is actually hot 😭
