Vietnam coffee with soya is my all time favourite! The staffs super friendly at all times, I really enjoy buying food from simei branch, keep it up ! Will continue to support ! My kids loves their pancakes especially cheese pancakes and the time to time the promotion is the best! Wish they can come out with keto version of pancakes and the porridge can be kept, substitute the rice with cauliflower rice.

There's an auntie staff(2nd sept 2018, 9am) there being very impolite and frustrated to customer and colleagues. I told her colleague that the eggwich's egg try to make 1 half cook and another needs to be cook cause im currently pregnant and i cant eat raw eggs. The aunty that cooking the eggwich heard and told me that the flour needs to be cook, if not how u gonna eat? First im talking about the egg not the flour. And her colleague keep apologize with me. And ended up she pass the two eggwich to her colleague and her colleague ask which one is cook which is half cook she replied "you see yourself". I was like what??

Why is this Mr bean rating so Low. Is it because of those bad service attitude aunties haha. The 1 for 1 Mr bean deal is good, however the taro milk is really no good comparing with soya milk. The taro milk tastes like artificial drink. Not original. The staff working professional need to improve. The soya milk can only last for 5 hours as there is no preservative. However, I used to buy 1 with spoiled taste. From then on, I must taste first before I leave the stall. Customers don’t feel confident to buy their product. Must double check by ourselves. Google app review sucks. When I uploaded 9 photos, only 3 of them have been successfully uploaded. Sometimes none!...

It's really a simple pleasure though not cheap. A nearby heaven for the soya bean products lover. For the special items, I like their eggwich and their ice cream. For normal item, their original soya milk is still satisfying.

Terrible customer service. 1st incident- Cashier distracted by a friend who came by to talk to another worker and was not interested in taking my order. 2nd incident - Cashier talking to customer in front of me for more than 5 mins coaxing her to buy more. Customer paid for her food and decided to browse through the drinks in the fridge section. Cashier ignored me and still did not take my order and chose to talk to customer in front of me as if i did not exist. So i walked away since Mr Bean do not need my money :)

I’m a Mr Bean fan but the staff here (especially one by the name of Florence) has been consistently slow to take orders and accept payment. Unnecessarily long waiting times

Eastpoint Mall - Mr Bean! One of the worst beancurds in history! Swallow at your own risk. The present women staff at the kiosk move like they’re caught in a zombie apocalypse. One of them had her thumb in contact with the contents inside - and didn’t flinch. Unlike the customer who is writing this now.

30/9/23, noon time, served by the male staff Ordered the beancurd with tangyuan Asked for 30% sugar, the boy gave me 0% Simple instruction also cannot follow Paid so much for a bowl of flavourless beancurd You lucky i didnt eat on the spot

Bought at 920pm. I get youre closing that’s ok. But my redbean pancake was cold and hard and my jaw really hurt chewing it. Least is to keep the pan on to keep the pancakes warm. Might not buy from this outlet for awhile.
