I’ve always come back when I want my rice ball fix in the morning as breakfast. I appreciate the swiftness for morning hour rush and I’m always out of the outlet in 1-2 mins. While their prices are indeed getting more and more expensive, I do appreciate this older Chinese lady who always seems to be able to keep everything under control. Thumbs up!

Shop states accept nets or paynow. However when it comes to actual payment, was only given to the nets QR code. Had explained that nets QR is not paynow QR but staff insist that the nets QR is paynow QR. Misleading for customers who only had paynow and lots of inconvenience

Do not make the same mistake as me. I ordered ginger soup beancurd with rice balls. Auntie asked if I want the beancurd - it was pretty nice gesture to ask. I replied no. Little did I realised the price with or without beancurd is the same! That's 50% of ingredients gone. Tbh, I felt cheated.

Amazing team of staff who always serves me promptly and with a smile. Easily the best Mr Bean branch in Singapore!

Ordered one beancurd and one rice ball bowl Asked for sugar to be separated for beancurd because it is for my little one Staff gave a black face and say cannot So I say I don’t want anymore. Then she say ok to put separately when I decided to leave. So I continue to purchase the beancurd plus the rice all bowl which I requested for peanut rice ball And she still can get it wrong and gave me seasame Attitude is bad Service is bad Will not be buying anymore even though it’s nearby for me I will go Jurong point and Boon Lay MRT since their service and attitude way better
