Very bad experience plus unhappiness service received upon visiting the outlet @ Pioneer PolyClinic @ 13:22hrs from the cashier (Goh Guek Chee; Shf: 202308081; as per shown on the receipt received). She was talking to her colleges upon my payment at the cashier, I didn't realize that my payment didn't went through, she just put the unsuccessful NETS receipt on the table, voiced "INSERT YOUR CARD", at this point of time how I know she talk to me or her colleges with addressing to me for unsuccessful NETS payment. She did talk back "I shown you the receipt for unsuccessful NETS payment and want me to insert the card." but the question was is she talk to me without address me to insert the card for for payment or still taking to his colleges??? plus she did mention "I already shown you the Unsuccessful NETS payment receipt" but I had a blur imagine to see a doctor today and how could I see or notice without addressing me at the point of time. Talking to her colleges as a cashier upon customer payment transaction and not ever greeting the customer or address customer ever when payment failure with Card transaction. Really very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE and worst was to talk back with customer rather to explain and instruct the customer for payment methods. Management of Mr. Bean should look in to this matter and train up the staffs for better customer service.

I brought 2 riceball beancurd + warm soymilk to takeaway. And 2 kind and friendly ladies served me today. Asked for mildly sweeten, and it is just the way I like it. Just wanted to leave a good review to thank the ladies for their kind hospitality. Thanks again! Appreciate it🍻

This Mr Bean outlet is conveniently located at the Pioneer Polyclinic, it is nice to be able to get food easily. The outlet is usually very quiet, and they have outside seats. The seats that are inside are very limited, just two tables, so most people would just takeaway food. There is rarely a queue, and the staff were very friendly when serving. Food selection is rather limited though. I was able to have a drink in the shop, a great place to chill and wait for family members who have not finished seeing the doctor in the afternoon. Soya milk was of good quality.

My recent visit to Mr. Bean left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and it wasn't just from the coffee. This supposedly popular restaurant failed to live up to its reputation, delivering a dining experience that fell far below my expectations. Let's start with the ambiance, which was nothing short of lackluster. The décor seemed outdated and uninspired, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a forgotten corner of a budget cafeteria than a place worthy of a dining experience. The uncomfortable seating arrangements and dim lighting only added to the overall unappealing environment. Now, onto the menu – a disappointing assortment of unimaginative dishes. The lack of variety left me wondering if the chef had run out of ideas or simply didn't care. The food I ordered was bland and seemed like it had been reheated from a pre-packaged frozen meal. The supposed signature dishes failed to showcase any culinary prowess, making me question the authenticity of Mr. Bean's claim to culinary fame. The service was, unfortunately, as unimpressive as the food. The staff seemed disinterested and indifferent to the patrons. It took an eternity for my order to arrive, and when it did, it was evident that haste had taken precedence over quality. The lack of attentiveness from the waitstaff only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. As for the pricing, I found it completely unjustified given the lackluster quality of the food and service. Mr. Bean seems to be charging a premium for a brand name that no longer reflects the standard it once might have held. In conclusion, my visit to Mr. Bean was a regrettable experience. From the lackluster ambiance to the uninspiring menu and indifferent service, there was little to salvage from this dining disaster. I would strongly advise potential diners to think twice before stepping into Mr. Bean, as there are undoubtedly better culinary experiences to be had elsewhere. This restaurant, once perhaps a beacon of gastronomic delight, has sadly lost its charm and failed to keep up with the evolving standards of the dining scene.
