Always go there to get my lunch or quick teabreak. Love the soy ice cream as it is sweeter and very creamy compared to normal ice cream. Pancakes are hot and steamy and baked by a passionate auntie. She is very friendly and service is fast. Would always remember Mr Bean.

The staff are very confused and rude in the morning. Ordered 2 eggwichs which they charged me for, but gave me one egg mayo instead. Only found out when I bit into it coz, again, they don't indicate with any differentiation. Told the staff about it this morning and the auntie basically ignored me. As I walked off from the conversation, I then realised they haven't given me my coffee yet. As I walked back and commented on this, the auntie just ignored me and continued serving the next customer. Bear in mind I was the only customer when I made my purchase. So, would they have just left/thrown the coffee away if I didn't come back? TLDR staff very fast and accurate at collecting payment, not good at anything else. Maybe next time I will only payment after I get all my stuff. One star only because the food is still good and I can't give 0.

Really bad experience with the store assistant recently. She constantly gets my orders wrongly. When I point out, she would say I never told her. She has a big attitude. I feel like I owe her millions when I’m placing orders. Seriously bad experience. I put up with it for quite some time and only see her attitude growing. Will never to there again.

Convenient place to buy my breakfast. I like friendly staffs but sometimes they give me wrong ingredients one.

I ordered multiple things and was satisfied with them except this thai tea. It is simply unacceptable to serve food like this. The mold is omnipresent and the mold is unacceptable for a food chain. Can’t trust again.

I used to frequent there a lot because I live near and some of their options were good like their black soy ice cream, soy ice cream, taro drink, watermelon drink and their breakfast pancakes. However, there was one particular experience I had that stopped me from going there as I had a huge fly in my drink, which I only noticed halfway when drinking it. Their ice cream also always runs out.

We needed the toilet at Queenstoen MRT and approached the staff at Mr Bean for help since it was the nearest to us. A staff called Sai Tiang was very nice to run out to assist us on the directions to the portable toilet. We would like to commend her for her kind gesture and service. Because of her kindness we decided to buy some drinks and pancakes.
