Go there to have six cups of hot soya milk on 28 Jul 2022, 6.30pm, told the auntie to have two with 100% sugar, two with 50% sugar and two with 0% sugar. What did I get in the end? All six cups of sugarless hot soya milk. The most epic part was when I ask if she had put the sugar in since I was unsure, I was berated by her.

The staff were so obsessed with preparing the orders from grab/foodpanda that even tho i was the only customer just to grab 2 pancakes, they kept me waiting for 5 min before attending to me. If online order so precious then just close shop and do online orders only lah, why let actual customer wait for so long when theres no queue at all?

Ordered 1 cheese and 1 tuna, the lady gave me 2 cheese and charge me with the wrong amount. Bad experience.

Today I was there at 715pm 8 Dec,there is no supervisor! 2 kids made a big mess it was very dirty. Sugar syrup all over the table counter sugar syrup in container not closed no hygiene!! Virus going on n they very dirty!! Pls do something about it

Always buying their rice balls with beancurd, but avoid at night because the beancurd given can be quite little compared to the day time. But overall, good.

loves the kaya cheese pancake. Please have it on the permanent menu. It’s go good with generous filling. The cream cheese and kaya complements really well, with generous amount of filling too. Great for a get go snack or breakfast. For payment, no paywave. Only nets or cash.

This seems to be a pattern, but employee named Edwina was rude to me. I couldn't hear what she said so I said "Sorry, what was that?" She groaned what she said back at me like I had just punched her mother. Decent soya milk though. Won't condone bad service! Don't go here until they improve customer service.

Auntie here gets really stressed when the queue is long. It’s understandable except that she also gets rude. And she makes mistakes preparing the food. I ordered tau huey with dumplings but there was barely any tau huey in it. 😕

After ordering and payment, both shop assistant started doing their own stuff and forgot my order. Moreover, after asking for my order, they served me a cold soya milk when I order a warmed one. Didn’t want to make a fuss hence I left with the cold one. Truly a bad experience and customer service.

Rudest staff I ever encountered on 9 May 7pm... Edwina gave me the rude nod to ask me for my order and didn't even greet or prompt me, and expected me to know that she was asking me for my order with that nod.. As I had a relatively larger order and had 3 bags to carry, she packed the first and used her hands and "shooed" the bags to signal me to faster take it away rudely. I was just waiting for her to pack finish everything, but i guess her impatience got the better of her. Additionally, she kept asking me to take the straws myself in a very rude manner, and it wasn't that i expected her to take it for me, but the overall attitude she has given me was not necessary... I am disappointed that Edwina did not place customer service of any importance which leads me to now want to visit the store again...

I like their porridge and grass jelly milk menu. The portion is OK for me with that kind of price and most of all the staff are patience enough, specially acomodate for my request. Overall I'm OK.

Super convenient for me because it’s located near MRT. The cheese pancake and bean curd are my go tos. Price is decent but their bentos can be abit more pricey.
