From the service line, I can say the 3 ladies working on Sunday night before the World Cup display extraordinary customer service. They are friendly, prompt and very good vibes. Mr Bean is lucky to have such staffs and should definitely consider give them a pay raise. Thumbs up.

This morning, the service was quite disorganized. Although it didn’t seem very busy, the staff were not working efficiently together, and customers had to wait a long time. I also ordered a ham & cheese and repeated it several times, but I was still given the wrong item. I hope this can be improved.

Before and after work to redeem the sesame soy milk using the vouchers but always no stock/sold out. It has been like that for 4 weeks. What a scam to issue so many voucher booklets!!

There’s this auntie who has no sense of urgency in the morning. Today topped the cake - she asked me to wait a while while taking her own sweet time to arrange the pancake. Until the other auntie stepped in

I was at the store this morning n was served by a young lady. When I ordered the beancurd I notice she was scoping the left over beancurd at the bottom. When I got back I notice the beancurd was all mushy n in small pieces so I had to throw it away.
