Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. Cost : $6.70. Bought at $5.70 ( using $1 discount Mr Bean voucher ) Pretty worth it. Healthy bowl w corns, peas carrots, broccoli & eggs. Teriyaki Chicken is amazingly good. It not oily. I guessed Mr Bean boiled + marinated the Chicken piece. Oh yes, both staffs (a guy and an Auntie are friendly and courteous )

Shop was left unattended for more than 30mins eventhough a sign board was left to inform customers. While i understand the staff may have left for lunch but clearly the store is short staffed to leave it there empty.. poor management...

A lady was queuing Infront of me and throughout the whole time she speak with manners however the shop assistant tone was inpatient and rude in return. No porridge before 10am, if you get it than that will be your lucky day.

I come here often and I always ask them if they are serving the ice cream, THEY ALWAYS SAY DONT HAVE. Make up excuses such as machine broken, ice cream gone?? If ice cream gone then bring ice cream back. What’s the point of putting it on the menu if ur too lazy to set up the machine??? I’ve been coming by the whole year of 2022 and always machine broke APPARENTLY, how can be broken whole year ? So obvious lazy staff, don’t wanna serve it. Pls do better in 2023, expect to have ice cream. Happy new year.

Everytime i go to get Mr Bean, always the sign 'back in __ minutes' . Don't you think there should be proper staff management, 1 go break and 1 take care of the stall? U cant just close the store while the staff go break!! Customers come every minute. Other outles not like this. Always sunplaza.

I bought their beancurd, beancurd with Gula Melaka and soy bean drink recently! The soy bean drink taste pretty good and fresh. I don't like their beancurd's taste, it felt like something was off. However, the portion is really generous! Probably 2 adults can share one portion as dessert.

The staff here was unfriendly and rude. They are very fierce towards the customers and very poor customer service. I hope the management can train her back about her customer service.
