thank you to the lovely lady wearing spectacles working on the 17th April at night for explaining to me the different offers! Letting me know what they still have & when the stock for certain soy milk pouches will come :)

Standing there more than 5 minutes and the PRC lady pretends not to see me at the counter. Rude. Do not go to this outlet just outside NTUC FairPrice.

I would like to commend the staff on 6/11/25 working the evening shift at around 6.45pm My HPB voucher has been rejected twice at other Mr Bean outlets for 5/11 and 6/11 due to system error. Even though there was system error for this transaction, the staff managed to resolve it somehow and scanned the voucher. It takes a lot of patience to see things through and handle faults in technology. Really appreciative of the staff 🙏🙏🙏

I came to order a soy milk and a grass jelly soy milk. When I first tried to order, the lady behind the counter was very rude when taking my order. I told the lady no ice for my drink but she proceeded to put in the ice. I asked to take the ice out and she rudely replied that she had already put in the ice. I find that she is unreasonable and her attitude to her customers are very poor. I hope Mr Bean will do something to change the bad attitude of their rude employees.

Id like to say the staff Kah Yien who attend to me during my lunch time was kind and very nice! She is amazing by helping me pay forward as my camera couldnt scan the Qr Code, i then transfered her back. Very helpful!
