Excellent service to the staff of the "Mr Bean" dessert shop. The food on our list prepared was well done. Nicely done baking the food prepared for me and my mom. The food tastes super delicious.

Ordered 5 pcs peanut pancakes, was given 6 pcs (buy 5 get 1 free) red beans 😨 . None of family members likes to eat red beans 😩

The porridge is not my taste bcs i dont really likes beans but the kaya cheese pancake is so damnnn goodd! My favorite!

Came here for snack and the soy bean milk. The pancake/waffles were quite good. They have quite a variety of flavors, of which, I have tried the chunky peanut, azuki red bean, tuna mayo, and the chicken mayo. The mayo-based fillings were quite good -- it wasn't too rich. The chunky peanut was also quite good, a lot of peanut chunks were in the filling. The red bean filling was on the sweeter side, but I particularly enjoyed that the red bean chunks were quite aplenty. The soy bean milk was also good. You can opt for a hot/cold option and can also select your preferred amount of sugar. The milk was quite thick.

The 5 stars is for service. The team on duty were very patient with their customers, many of whom are elderly and/or patients at the hospital. Kudos to Bao Ying, Mui Shan and colleagues for being a bright spot in many lives!

Service is bad. Fave didn’t work and the staff kept asking to use paynow or paylah. They didn’t tell me the reason why I can’t use Fave.

The weather was so hot while I was walking towards the MRT. Then I saw Mr Bean. I remembered they have really yummy ice cream. So I went in to order one ice cream cone. The lady asked a trainee to go over to see her do the ice cream. The trainee was very attentive during the whole understudy. After she’s done, she threw the ice cream back into the machine. But, the whole cone and paper cone dropped into the ice cream machine. She panicked and tried to reach it but she couldn’t. The trainee who was taller, managed to get it out. She turned to me and said, “no more ice cream already. Come back later.” I was greatly disappointed and walked out of that door, terribly upset and disheartened.

Paid for hazelnut royale pancake and got tuna. Paid extra for nth and I dislike tuna. No receipt provided as I just bought 1 item. Disappointed that staff can also mess up order which has only one item
