Ordered 3in1 quite late, close to closing hours. Looks like they ran out and had to cook more tangyuan. Staff informed me left peanut and had to wait five minutes. Service staff Peirong asked me to take a seat while waiting, very kind and considerate gesture. Even apologised for the wait.

My whole family love their classic soy milk and 3 in 1 the most! Their beancurd is also very soft and tender. Their staffs are also very friendly.

I ordered the Spicy Seaweed Meat-Free Rice, but there was an issue during the ordering process. The staff who took my order seemed new and not well trained—he entered the wrong item into the POS system TWICE. When I got home, I realized that the dish had Teriyaki Sauce instead of the Spicy Seaweed Sauce I ordered!!! I'm also unsure if the Teriyaki Sauce is suitable for vegetarians, which is a concern since I specifically chose a meat-free option. I hope the team can look into this and improve the training for new staff to avoid similar issues in the future.

I normally would not give a bad review and I understand humans have their bad days, however every time I am here, I get rude, impatient service from this Chinese lady, even though I asked her politely about the menu. She speaks impatiently as if I should know the menu inside out, I mean come on, I didn't create the menu. On a positive note, I love the Viet coffee, and I am thankful the company offers this which is a rare find for us plant based people.

I just bought rice ball today @7.07 ish from the skinny lady sounds like Indo or Chinese the moment I came she was cleaning the pancakes section. When I say hi to her she already giving an attitude or a vibe like she didn't like I was there . She just said *order* so I told her I wanted rice ball all peanut . She just remain silent and make the order. After she cash me out rudely , I asked her *all peanut right" she then rudely said ." You want mixed can else I will change ". Then I said okay you change it then after she change with angry she threw my spoon inside the plastic bag with no sorry or thank you . Very bad service
