Like to comment Yao Yang for his friendly, polite and positive vibes. His committed attitude towards customers is highly appreciated.

This is the worst Mr Bean branch I have ever experienced. They never apologized for the incorrect order and instead tried to place the blame on me. If they were unwilling to make an exchange, they should have issued a refund rather than reducing the portion size , I am happy because no need to eat the dislike meal. The service was extremely poor. They even took away my receipt.

Bought the Ginger Soup Beancurd with Riceball from Grab order, Ginger soup comes diluted. Totally not worth the money.

Very slow service. No first order , first serve system I ordered porridge and waited more than 15 mins . The staff brought altogether with other orders behind me . Then what’s the point of queuing . So disappointed

Bad and slow services. The workers just to inexperienced. No proper work flow. Took too long to serve and caused me miss my bus and charged me original price despite the tofu already finished and my order was without the tofu
