I was waiting for a long time to order an ice cream cone but the cashiers completely skip pass me and asked a lady who just came and asked her what is her order instead. I was super disappointed with the service and just left without ordering.

Queued for long despite only having a foodpanda driver collecting his order infront of me. The auntie who was serving us was noticeably flustered but the two store managers who had nth to do did nth to help her. Feel bad for the auntie

The worst, been a few times always super slow service, also make no sense ice cream machine apparently not working but no sign indicated. Had to queue for 10 min then found out by word of staff. A simple sign would have reduced unnecessary queueing and inconvenience. Covid really just shows the inadequacies and the Low service standard of FnB in Singapore.

Came here and service was bad with staff attitude. I would suggest to walk abit more to hougang mall mr bean where you will have better service compared to here. I forget to leave a review from last week.

Super slow service… ordered and stand for more than 5min don’t know what’s is going on, when I asked id ordered 5min ago, staff start to blame each other and I need to Q up again.

Upon redeem the mr bean 28 cents today, the staff auntie wearing specs is super rude. 10 customers also serve till 2hrs. Didnt know there's a queue number that has to be taken, came early to queue, but staffs never mention anything, then i gotta requeue again. Terrible service 😑 Wanna buy pancakes, but they only have others except chocolate. What are they doing the whole morning? Wanna buy choco for kids, they say dont have and dont bother to do it also.

There are 2 Singaporean Chinese old aunties very friendly. One short and quite plump. The other is skinny. The short and plump auntie is extremely enthusiastic in promoting the biscuit goods, pancakes and drinks. I thought they got commission from their boss if customers buy them but apparently, she told me they do not get any commission. This leaves me to wonder, where did she find the motivation to be so enthusiastic in promoting the Mr Bean goods and pastries, and her boss will not even know she’s working at her best. Her working attitude is what impressed me. If she puts up such good working attitude, I am certain the food I buy from this outlet is probably the best as she will take care of the process of making these food well.
