Mr bean at Changi City Point is one of the rare outlets selling matcha soya ice cream and it’s really impressive ! It’s not sweet and the matcha taste is strong.

This rice bowl with chicken and tofu rice is ridiculously superb in taste and nutrition! Love love love this offering in this outlet!

I am extremely disappointed with the Changi City Point outlet today. Having purchased the Signature All-in Millet Rice here before, I was shocked to receive significantly smaller portions than usual. When I questioned the amount, the staff member was dismissive and rude, stating she was strictly following a '10g' rule (since when?). The meal was so light it barely stayed upright in the bag, and the rice filled less than half a small bowl. Given the inconsistent portions and poor customer service at this outlet, I will advise future customers to reconsider future visits. Also I strongly recommend others look elsewhere for a meal that is actually filling. $9 for a meal is hardly considered reasonable. And given that barely fills bowl, the portion was hardly filling, even for a petite woman like me.

Bad experience. Staff had a shitty attitude and was unwilling to check grab order when told her order number. Went back to ask again then she checked and say collected. But no one collected it. Had to order again.

Visited the outlet on 29th sept, evening. The cashier (young lady) was so rude. Took orders and replied impolitely. When tried to double check my order, she raised her voice. What an attitude.
