Sorely disappointed, paid $3.80 for a cup of soya bean milk with grape flavour, but got a cup almost 80% filled with ice cubes... sighs. Profit is important but so is customer retention for a business.

4 Mar. afternoon. We are tourists with 3-year old toddler ordered a porridge. However, this shop doesn’t accept credit card or Apple Pay. We are not able to pay as we have only credit cards and Apple Pay. The clerk became impatient and rude immediately just for a 5-dollar-like porridge. In the end, a nice local Chinese guy paid for us. As tourists, we were caught off guard by the lack of modern payment options, but there is no excuse for such a hostile attitude. Thankfully, a kind local gentleman stepped in and paid for us. I am grateful for his help, but the service at this Mr Bean was appalling. I would not recommend this location to any travelers.

Unsatisfactory experience at Kallang mrt. I have been purchasing Mr bean from Kallang mrt for months on weekdays morning around 815am. Today, 2 mar 8am, I was served by the usual Malaysian-speaking accent short hair aunty (probably trainee since she is quite new to the store) and a young bigger sized lady. The usual Malaysian-speaking accent short hair aunty is always slow at preparing my soy latte and yet today she calculated my change wrongly. I told her it is wrong yet she was blurred and stunned for 3min then reply me the machine was stuck at the previous order so she charge me wrongly and I need to pay XX amount instead. I told her it is YY again not XX she said the drink was $4 and I replied hot is $3 cold then $4. She didn't believe me and went to ask the other bigger sized short hair girl and she told her is $3. Malaysian-speaking accent short hair aunty wasted my 10min during morning peak hour despite she was the person serving me every morning with my $3 hot soy latte. I am really disappointed with her service and also wasted my time arguing over the correct cost with her. If customer is not good at maths or determined, would have been cheated by her. Hopefully she will be able to improve her speed and knowledge with Mr bean products. Kallang mrt service is always slow and used to be one staff, but even now with 2 staff in the morning, it is still slow.

Was here on 18th Jan 12.20pm, I was queueing to get a drink, there was a filipino maid infront of me, she wasn't too sure what to order, and the staff on shift was staring at her obviously giving a judgemental look, the maid made 3 orders and after packing the pancake into the paper bag, the staff rudely and unnecessarily slammed the pancakes into the plastic bag. And when it came to my turn, the staff rudely asked "what do you want?" I work in a F&B chain as well and no matter how bad my day is, I'd still treat my customer the way I want to be treated in return. The staff that was working has glasses, a little plump, and oh... her mask wasn't worn properly too.

Ordered rice balls with ginger soup without the beancurd and got charged the full price— at least offer transparent communication! ): Soup was way too sweet too so maybe ask for less sugar
