Service always very nice. Usually no queue compared to the one at Jurong Point. Pearly bundong pearls are chewy and drink taste good. Almost as good as whampoa

Our go to for a drink after a jog at the nearby Jurong Lake Garden - since they are able to accept contactless payments 📲 This outlet is often crowded during peak hours since it’s nested in the MRT station where commuters definitely passes by 🚶🏻♂️🚶🏻♀️

The soy bean was bland and diluted, hardly any aroma. I also bought the pancakes which turned soggy :(

Bought meatball porridge at boonlay mrt branch but turns out to be full of water with a very little amount of rice/grain. Staff should have told me if it’s sold out instead of selling a rice water with meatball 😭😭😭

Staff was outright rude. I asked for student meal and she was like, "what student meal you want" When I replied I want the soya milk and pancake set, heck, she don't even know what pancake is included in the set. After payment I waited for the receipt and she immediately crumpled the receipt without even asking me if I want it. Afterwards so passed the badly crumpled paper to me. Not happy just stay at home, why torment yourself in the f&b sector.

This Mr Bean outlet is conveniently located at Chinese Garden MRT. There is a wide range of products sold ranging from soya milk, beancurd, grass jelly, pancakes, porridge and more.

I visited this evening around 8pm. Had to wait around 15mins because the staff was busy settling delivery orders. I feel the waiting time is too long for something that is Grab and Go. After I left, i saw another 8 people queueing behind me. Hope something can be done to shorten the waiting time. Thank you.
