Please be respectful of peoples’ time and open up on time or reflect the correct opening hours on your website. Many customers were waiting and gave up.

Time is 7.08. website state open at 6.30am. did not open and some people have to work at 7.30. please change the website timing if u are unable to open as stated

Super slow service, and this is not the first time I’ve experienced it. The staff took over 5 mins to serve 2 customers (simple orders like getting pancake / drink, and making payment). To make it worse, there’s no FavePay or mobile payments at the store. The poor staff has difficulty counting the money (for customer 1) and getting the NETS machine to work (for customer 2). Writing this feedback so that MrBean management can consider service improvements to this outlet.

Yesterday I start Q from 5.19pm, there was have 2 customers. The one auntie got wear spec, she keep scolded another auntie, but never help her. She work very slow and talk. 5.31pm then is my turn. Hope the outlet Manager will observe her.

Terrible service from the staff in the morning. Ignored me even though they saw me waiting, and continued to do so even after I said “excuse me”. Food was terrible too, ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl previously. Tasteless and egg was overcooked.

Literally the best staff and food kiosk ever under the Singaporean sun The Staff - friendly and gracious The food - nice all the time with high standards I travel all the way here just to get the food even though there’s one near my home 5 stars all the way 👍👍👍👍👍

The service is very terrible, the two auntie can not work closely , they always talk a lot , the service is very slow. i hope the manager could take some actions if you want to rise up our revenue because this kind of situation has been so long.

At 9 30pm, I was purchasing food from there and I do know its closing time but the auntie was very rude! Didn't have manners or customer service. She was saying there's bean curd and soya milk but she didn't say which one on the menu that is available and she increases her voices and shouted at me. Won't ever come here again cause of this attitude
