Very disappointed with the service at Mr Bean (Pasir Ris White Sands) today. At around 2:20pm, I was served at the counter by a female staff aunty (short, wearing glasses). I was given an old 20¢ coin as change and politely asked for a replacement, as such coins are sometimes not accepted elsewhere. However, the same coin was returned to me, and I had to go back a second time to request for a change. What is completely unacceptable is that the staff aunty raised her voice and began speaking to me in a loud and confrontational manner during this interaction. The other staff aunty who is slightly taller was not any better. This was a simple and reasonable request, and there was no justification for such behaviour and Customers should not be subjected to such treatment! As a long term customers for many years I’m utterly disgusted by the horrible attitude of the counter staff, and the nonchalant of the management, and will not patronize ever again!

Went to collect my anniversary mug, but the pattern I chose/had on my card was finished/not available. Firstly, outlet was closed for renovation during period we were supposed to collect mugs. After opening, our chosen mugs are out of stock. Mr bean, why was there no proper safekeeping of mugs that were required? Very disappointing.

Hello Mr Bean, I am deeply upset in your customer service at your shop. I have bought the limitrd edittion anniversary ceramic mug using your voucher. The shop attendant did not mention anything about checking the cup. As a result i brought it back. Upon reaching home I opened it to check. Turns out not only did the bottom of the cup experience discolouration issues, the sides have a manufacturing dent and the colour was scraped. This was really a horrible quality product. I returned straight to the store to ask what can be done about it. Not only was I rudely turned away by your staff they said they did ask me to check if the cup had issues which in reality did not happend as she just packed it and passed it to me alongside my other redemption of the free pancake and soymilk. The only conversation we had there was the sugar level and what flavour od pancake I wantes. I cannot comprehend how lieing to your customers and then being uncopporative is anything good to the PR of your company but good job in doing so. Suffering from manufactuer delay is acceptable and understandable, but this? Best regards, A dissapointed and definitely upset customer
