i’ll give a star for the onion rings sorry but the tender grill chicken was burnt and over grilled really badly. It was to a point that it isn’t edible and shld be disposed. not only my burger but the other two burgers too (tender grill chicken) was badly burnt. was looking forward to supper and only to be served with a non edible burger, really disappointing.

Small and convenient. Service was okay. Wouldn't recommend the Cheesecake, tastes abit weird. The Hershey's pie never lets me down perfect snack and desert. The value meals have a great variety and high quality. Overall a great fast food restaurant.

The dining place is too small. The outside dining area also near to the taxi stands / pick up point. During peak hours, will need to wait for a long time.

Order tendergrill mushroom swiss chicken with cheese fries and milo no ice .in the end the burger come with the taste of burnt. Cheese fries cheese is spoil and my ice milo totally taste like diliuted or can say is plain water no taste at all.

I understand that it’s fast food but this is ridiculous food. It looks like a burger they probably made wrongly before and just pop it into the microwave to serve us. Entire wrapper was greasy, piping hot. Messy. Disgusting. Cheese fries tasted off, rancid or what we couldn’t figure out is the cheese that is off or the fries. I’m really disappointed, coming here waited 15 mins for the food yet this kind of burger came. Loss of appetite upon the look of this burger.

Ordered delivery. Chicken Sausage Croissan'wich with Egg Meal. A thin, flavourful but peppery chicken sausage topped with a slice of cheese in between a dense bread-like croissant with a well cooked egg omelette. Pancake with Chicken Sausage Platter Meal. Fluffy pancakes served with melted Lurpak butter and maple flavoured syrup. Iced Milo was diluted. Sprite was ok.

I don't understand how people like it. I saw the add for the fish burger with a nice and thick patty, decided to try it but it was so thin and dry! The fries are not as good as other fast food shops.

One of the better burger kings in Singapore. Food was very fresh, orders freshly prepared plus superb hospitality here and quick service. This is one of the better burger king outlets I've been to!

Nothing to comment on the food as all the while it’s good. But for the service, it’s terrible. I finish my payment at the automatic machine and waited for the receipt, but the machine is slow that I had to wait for 2 mins which is very unusual for just a receipt. I called for a staff to ask for help and the particular short guy talk to me rudely saying I have to wait. I told him that I’ve waited for almost 2 mins. But he replied me rudely again saying just wait lah… the machine is slow , just wait. He didn’t show any apology and just rudely replied me “just wait”. Is it my fault and my problem that the machine is slow? I was talking to u nicely and received a rude reply. Will not step here ever again.

Keep cancel food orders at foodpanda without any reasons. Personally tried to call multiple times nobody picked up. It’s off peak hours also. Even if food out of stock, can contact via app. And I already called still no reply? You lepak is it

Guess all those reviews complimenting on quick service are of among the fortunate. Or, if I were to be cynical, members of management or associates who would receive some portion of KPI bonus for positive feedback .. Half hour for a single burger is unacceptable. Fast food they are not .. what else should they be known for then? Understaffed or flawed queueing system or not, it does not take big data to know of waiting times consistently reaching 30 minutes ! Don’t think such would be an isolated occasion. Which is to imply, management consciously condones this “service” for you the customer. Worse, one could see burger items left on the counter for a length of time. Mine had been lying about among 10 of them for at least around 15 minutes. And this is a conservative estimate. Perhaps waiting for some prince charming to rescue them. Each might as well deserve its own fairy tale ! And it boggles the mind why it would take around 3 - 5 minutes of faffing about just to get an order -packed- ! Might be just me, but I have this not too little suspicion I would not give an airborne act of intercourse if Burger King, not just individual outlets, were to go missing altogether. Hmm.

Got Mushroom Swiss burger promo 1 for 1 @S$5.85 and was happy to bring home for a meal. The beef patty is dried and hard, I am disappointed that the standard has dropped. I hope Burger King take this feedback, makes every burger tastes like a real burger. 😊

Just ordered tendergrilled chicken sandwich for dinner via Grabfood and it came with pathetic sized grilled chicken. Refer to picture and receipt. I’d like to get in touch with the management.

The portobello mushroom burger… is soaked in black juice. Look at the bun is soaking in black juice as well. They say it’s normal…? I decided not to eat the burger. But at least after the 2nd time we ask the manager he let us change to a normal tender grill burger instead.

Consider me ~influenced~ I saw the advert for the portobello swiss burger, any burger with a mushroom has me running but I guess I forgot about the quality of fast food chains lol really tasteless, nice char I guess? And portion is too small, wasn’t satisfied so I had to go to maccas next door to buy a double cheeseburger…lesson learnt. ☠️
