Long waiting time even though the outlet was not crowded. I ordered just the plant based Whooper and after waiting for 10+ minutes, Me: Hi, is my order ready? Counter staff: Sorry sir, let me check. (He proceeded to screen and after looking at it for a while, he started to fulfill another order) Me: I only ordered a plant based Whooper only and I had been waiting for 10 minutes, is it ready? Guy behind me, who was waiting since I arrived: I have been waiting for my set for 20 minutes and it’s not ready. My drink is turning warm. Me: 😂😂😂😂 Guy: Can I have mine to go? I don’t have anymore time. (Staff hastily proceeded to prepare my order fresh!) After I got my order. I saw Guy walking out with his “takeaway” 😂 a minute later. Throughout, I observed a family that arrived after me and Guy got their order within minutes after ordering (it was the other order mentioned above) BK really need to work on their first in first out process. The kitchen and counter staff looks a bit lost when the orders starts piling up.

Very awesome and friendly staff members. Especially Linda and Flor! Great service from the Manager Gia as well. Would definitely recommend you to drop by, one of the best services I've received in a while, would definitely come back! Fries were freshly made, burger was delicious and coke was cool and refreshing. Definitely a good location to chill at after a stressful day.

Almost every week I will visit this oulet to have my favourite breakfast after sending my child to enrichment class. Decided to leave a review on Staff Linda because she is very friendly, thoughtful and provides very good customer service. Will definitely come back again.

Waiting duration, service, cleanliness all on point. Linda even offered me ice water upon collecting my ala carte nuggets, what a bonus! The team here seems to have a decent to great relationship, the way they communicate is what most fast food chains are lacking. Kudos to the team here!

This is the smallest cone ice cream i get compared with other outlets which cost the same price, $1.50, not worth for the price, even smaller than MacDonald conde ice cream. Is this the standard size of cone ice cream for Burger King? I felt very disappointed for the quality, won't buy anymore even recommend by friends.

It shouldn't take 30 mins for fast food. First time dining here was when the mall opened. Gave benefit of doubt cause of teething issues. Dined again and waited for 30 mins.

The waiting time is very long eventhough only 2 or 3 orders. Wait till frustrated as there is only 1 staff preparing. Not sure is cost cutting or what. How to eun a businesa like this. So much diference when compared to mcd
