Nice eating place for burgers/sandwiches. The long chicken burger is good as in other outlets. The menu says upsize meal, but not why the kiosk still ask whether you want a small or medium or large drink. There are cubicles for small group/family privacy dining.

Had dinner. The crowd was minimal and my order was delivered almost the very next minute. The outlet is a small outlet and a moderate ambience to the size. I wanted to give 3⭐️just for the cleanliness. Thought it’s the individual responsibility to return the tray almost all tables has leftover plates. If they could take care of this it would be awesome.

Visit everytime when there is available promo code! Pros: cost friendly promotions Cons: No basin to wash hand in the restaurant , table wasn't cleaned after customers has left

The tables are all dirty and unhygienic and when I ask the manager who was a lady wearing specs she Tod to wait for a guy and then someone will clean the table . Very in professional people working in this outlet . Should either get them some more training or change your manager who is not a very good leader. Wat a disgrace to your name .

Would like to pen our experience at BK Nex on a Fri evening. Mall was extremely crowded with long queues at most F&B outlets. Would like to buy Impossible Whopper n Salmon burgers for elderly parents. Didn’t hv confidence in ordering via the panel. Approached counter staff for assistance. Siva was busy sorting out orders for pick-up but when he saw this aunty he attended to me almost instantly. Once he knew what help needed, he excused himself to complete his pending chores and came back to me very rapidly. He assisted with our orders and answered our questions when we asked about the fried mochi. Our order was processed very promptly and he even told me I could take a seat near to the counter while the order was being prepared. Food was delicious and fried mochi was still warm when we reached home. Services rendered by Siva was definitely 5*, he was extremely attentive and empathetic, truly a gem!

Mexican Drumlets: The Mexican drumlets were impressive in their Mexican flair. The flavors were authentically Mexican, offering a good expression of the cuisine. However, they were on the spicier side, so be prepared if you're sensitive to heat. My only gripe was the size of the drumlets; they were smaller than expected. Western Whoppers: The Western whoppers left me with mixed feelings. While the barbecue sauce was intense, the saltiness was a tad too overpowering. The combination of mayonnaise and BBQ sauce didn't quite hit the mark for me. Additionally, some of the sauces soaked into the bun, making it a messy affair. Fries: The fries, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. They lacked the desired level of crispiness. However, I must commend the rich potato flavor, which redeemed the dish to some extent. Overall, the fries were passable but could benefit from a crisper texture..

28 Oct, sat morning around 9am. This is not my 1st time to walked into burger king at nex. And i would like to praised your staff BJ. He always put in 100% or more great customer service no matter how tired he is every time i walked in. He is a diligent, great attitude and a very positive person that always greet and serve every customers who walked in. Can see his service already beyond of it. He is also gets along with his colleagues very well. Good job BJ, is not an easy to maintain such a good service every single day. Amazing 👍👏👏👏

For the size of the burger vs the price, really disappointed! The quality dropped A LOT - my mushroom Swiss is really not good, beef was dry and the sauce tastes meh. I will not be visiting Burger King in a while.

Dirty premises call NEA, run down Also if you are so stingy with charging, don't provide them lah, it's an open invitation. Just cut the power and your staff can earn 1 cent more to their salary... that will help them stave off the rising costs

This store is one of the best Burger King store in Singapore. Especially the crews and how they handled customers. The counter crew “Dani” who take order was very friendly and he even suggested me a better option for meals. In addition to it, the waiting time was not very long compared to other store. Very good and pleasant experience over all

It’s always nice to order while sitting at your seats. Did that at Burger King and it’s a smooth experience. The nuggets are really good!! Love it with the new garlic sauce and chilli!!! The taro pie is a must try!! And the newly launched salted calamasi ice cream is worth trying too! Service is good there so far. You can online order before reaching Burger King too, so you can save your waiting time!

Burger king you have not ceased to disappoint me. It's not easy to give a one star grading in Singapore but you have succeeded. Your service staff can ignore customers, amidst your ordering machine all down, please refer to the photos. Even after we approached the service staff, and he informed your manager Aman. Your manager interestingly choose to ignore, him, and your staff choose to ignore us. Time 6.45pm sat 9 mar

Dinner and don't have the appetite to eat however i can't sleep empty tummy so i grab a bite for burger king😅, it was a good; the place is good and clean. They serve very fast that it only take 3 minutes before i had my burger😊

Giving this place a 5 star, not becoz of the food but becoz of a particular auntie staff who is so observant towards customers' needs & kind-hearted. Her name is May. 1st time i went there. I ordered a burger. After payment at the station & collecting my order, she noticed what i ordered & told me there's actually a promo going on & I can get 2 burgers for the price of 1. She told me to look for the manager to make use of the promo. I went back to the same outlet a few weeks later. This time. I ordered & enquired if my order includes a drink. She said no, & I said it's ok then. When I was collecting my order at the counter, she handed me a cup of plain water, saying that I might need it. She is so customer-oriented! Burger King is so blessed to have her as a staff! Thumbs up for them & the service!
