Went on teachers day for quick snack but turned out to be 40min wait. One guy manning counter and another in the kitchen. The whole mall and other eateries were half empty but this outlet was full of (unhappy looking) customers. Have to give credit to the staff for being steady and tried to clear the orders quickly. Writing this review so that management or someone may happen see this and bother to help this outlet out.

Waited 40mins to get the food. Store completely under staffed. Their order screen was so full & the manager was multitasking & trying to speed things up. Taking fries, restocking the cooked patties. While the two staffs were taking their own sweet time doing work. A customer literally went to the counter & told the staff to cancel her order & keep the money after waiting for 30mins for fries.

This BK branch is way understaffed. Poor staff had to take orders, serve, cook and clean the tables. Has been this way since a year ago. This resulted in the following: 1) Sticky and wet floor, 2) Very very slow service, Do avoid if you are in a rush unless you are able to wait at least 20-30min. *visited today and was informed the machine was down and thus all beef burgers were out, even then, order took 30min.

Worst experience I had for years. It doesn’t even worth a star but it doesn’t allow to leave no star here. Ordered in the machine for take away at 12:35, get the order at 13:02. What kind of fast food is this? And the staff keep saying they have too many orders with bad attitude….if that’s the case they have serious problem with their system.

Love their fries. Tried the rendang beef burger, didn't like the raw onions inside, sauce is ok - but can still improve on it.

Efficient service. Crispy and warm fries. Good quality and delicious burger. Simply amazing. Simply the best fast food I've ever had. It is unfortunate that the best I can give is a 5 star review. It deserves so much more.

This the best fast food ever! Never have I ever eaten food which have given this much enjoyment. Service is EXCELLENT, no wait for food and servers who attend to your every need. It's a shame that I can only rate 5 stars, it deserves so much more.

Need to improve on your takeaway cover lid, this is not the first time it easily spill. Please invest on better cover lids for hot drinks.

Ordered 2 sets of Classic Ultimate Angus BBQ Value Meal with a Taro pie. Burgers were excellent!! Served hot! With a nice big leaf of vegetable, fresh tomatoes. We brought some ourselves also. A hot beef patty is first for us, at a fast food restaurant!! Well done BK TEAM at Kallang Leisure Park! All other items were also on point. Crispy fresh fries and onion rings. Nice comfortable environment, too. Going forward, this outlet will be our go to BK joint. Cheers!!

Recently went here w my friends. The customer service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. (I recommend the chicken burgers).

A quiet fast food outlet in Leisure Park Kallang.... Empty mall... Only attractions are the Cinema and ice skating ring.... Dont understand why this mall is here. The neighbouring Kallang Wave Mall is making waves with nice food and activities....Burger King should shift

Shout out to the staff who ran into the kitchen to rush my order out after I told him my grab driver has arrived outside the mall. I was there after a concert, traffic was extremely bad and it took me an hour to finally found a ride home. So this little action means a lot to me! This restaurant fell off harder than David Dobrik. Price is was too high for the bad food. Took too long to order and couldn’t order with cash.

I like the location as it is not very crowded and getting a place to sit is easy. Because there isn't much of a crown, staff numbers are low and hence don't expect service as quickly as McDonald's. Atmosphere is nice and not noisy.

It’s nice place for waiting & working. They have more or less healthy drinks in menu like ice lemon tea. On the left side there is a long table with high chairs, you can find power sockets there to connect you laptop or charge your phone. So, you can sit a long time there and work or just wait.
