We come to pasir ris sport hub outlet every week… Everything are good… but somehow rather every time we bought the onion rings, and standard is always diff.. some time over cooked, some time is good..

Was out for a quick takeaway order after a swim with my daughter and was very glad to be assisted by friendly and flexible staff to change my beef option to chicken within a promo coupon! Big thumbs up to the manager and staffs!

Love the place so much ... there is many lovely and cool sitting spot where makes your phone camera busy...food served fresh and those staffs are really friendly...and not kinda busy body.hahaha...I mean there is privac space ya ... overall satisfied .. Thanks Burger King Singapore.

Horribly slow, this branch only has 3 staff including the manager, i waited for 20mins and realised they still packing takeaways. The lady before me waited 30mins!.. i decided to cancel my order and asked the manager to do a refund, the outlet manager is not even apologetic at all and jusr made the refund. The other lady spotted one of the junior staff was sneezing and sneezing, and her mask is only cover the mouth, she was touching her nose and face.. so the lady asked when is she going to get her order and told the junior staff not to prepare her food because of the sneezing and touching. Yucks!!! I am glad to cancel my order. The management who probably won't read this definitely won't do anything to improve the system.

Had the 1 for 1 whooper Junior and the 1 for 1 hash brown. I prefer the regular whooper and won't be ordering the junior in future. Hash brown is nice and easy to eat. Service is quick as there was no other customer when I was there.

This was an outlet which was different compared to the one's i went. They paid attention to my special request and made my order shrimp beef perfectly with extra sauce as requested. Kudos to the employee Yaccoob who took my order and delivered as requested.

This place is lousy. The drink are diluted. Gave wrong order. I dine in here like last month back, the service is very Very Very Very Very Very Very Very poor!! And the staff was rude. The drink is not nice, the burger they anyhow do. The quality isn't good. The only reason why I eat here is because pasir ris got very little food store open at night zzz.

I had issues keying in the coupon code, perhaps it was because the time was very near to lunchtime and the kiosk menu had already changed to the lunch menu. However, the staff was very helpful and helped me to get my order.

Significant difference between the pictures and the actual burger. Taste is okay. Service is nonexistent. So yourself a favour and go to Macdonald's next door.

If you are looking for job you can see my photos. The food is average. I like the drumlets. This outlet is cozy, less crowded during weekdays and sometime weekends. Ordering is not as convenient as Mac that can order from phone and serve food to your table. Clean restaurant.

We had breakfast at this Restaurant on a Sunday morning around 9am. Pretty empty in the Restaurant. Foods were good and served fast. Counter Staffs were friendly. Restaurant cosy and clean. Worth dropping by for a meal.

Sad to say BK outlet @ Loyang Point is the worst BK outlet I ever visited. I'm the resident living next to Loyang Point, thus it's the place frequently I have my meals. However I have never received a single good service experience from the crews, even the managers from my past many visits; The service crew are always so cold and unfriendly! Ironically located next door McDonalds always delivers such a consistent good and fast service. I strongly believe why often there is queue at Mcdonalds but never at Bk! Hope the management can look into it and ramp up their service so that the residents can always enjoy a pleasant meal experience at the outlet.

Title: Terrible Experience at Burger King Pasir Ris Sports Centre Outlet I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Burger King outlet located in Pasir Ris Sports Centre. Not only did they take an incredibly long time to serve our order, but their mistakes made the situation even worse. Firstly, we had initially planned to dine in at the outlet before catching a movie. However, due to the prolonged wait for our order, we had no choice but to change our plans and opt for take away instead. This inconvenience disrupted our entire schedule and left us feeling frustrated. To make matters worse, when we finally received our order, it was completely incorrect. I had specifically ordered the double BBQ turkey bacon burger, but instead, they gave me a small and tasteless chicken burger. The disappointment was overwhelming, as I was looking forward to savoring the flavors of the turkey bacon burger, only to receive a subpar substitute. The fact that the staff at the Burger King outlet not only took an excessive amount of time to serve our order but also managed to get it completely wrong is simply unacceptable. It reflects a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction. Even if understaffed, don’t give the right to give wrong order, I paid more for it but I got a cheper one instead. It was difficult to identify the burger from the wrap and we were in rush! Overall, my experience at the Burger King outlet in Pasir Ris Sports Centre was extremely unsatisfactory. The long wait, the need to change our dining plans, and the incorrect order all contributed to a frustrating and disappointing visit. I hope that Burger King can address these issues promptly and ensure that other customers do not have to go through such a disheartening experience.
