It took almost 30 minutes for our food to be served despite there being no crowd at all. We were quite disappointed with the waiting time actually! But thankfully, Crew Wendy approached us later on and made an effort to recover the experience by seeking our feedback and offering complimentary ice cream. Appreciate her service and initiative.

Stopped by Marsiling Mall for a Whopper and it didn’t disappoint. Burger was hot, juicy, and packed with flavour. Fresh veggies and a nicely grilled patty made it even better. Quick service and a pleasant experience overall. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

Regarding a recent experience at your outlet. I now understand why there seem to be fewer customers at this location. One of your employees, Wendy, was standing near the cashier when we approached to order ice cream cones. However, instead of attending to us promptly, she appeared to deliberately keep herself occupied with other tasks. We stood there for quite some time before she finally asked for our order. After I ordered three ice cream cones, she continued restocking items, then took a cup and went to the kitchen area, where she started chatting with another employee. She briefly returned, placed the cones down, and then went back to the kitchen again to do some washing. Throughout this time, we were left unattended. She neither collected payment nor prepared our ice cream, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. We understand if staff are busy, but such tasks should be done when there are no customers waiting. It is not appropriate to prioritize other activities while customers are clearly waiting to be served. If the ice cream cones were available at a self-service kiosk, we would not have approached the cashier in the first place. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that service standards can be improved.

.: : ::: - Burger King @ Marsiling Mall is a well-designed outlet. The modern interior features exposed brick walls, warm Edison bulb lighting, and quirky branded murals that add personality to the space. The ordering counter is clean, well-staffed, and equipped with clear digital menu boards. Food arrived fresh — the crispy hash browns were golden and satisfying, and the iced beverages hit the spot. A solid go-to for a quick, reliable meal in a comfortable setting. Highly recommended for families and solo diners alike! 😊👍🏻✨✨✨✨
