Very spacious for a fast-food outlet. The only western fast-food outlet in marsiling mall. It attracts many casual people who are there to chitchat rather than eat food, taking up seats for other more serious diners. Nevertheless, the service is fast and friendly. Worth going there when the weather gets too hot. The Aircon here is cold. Enjoy.

Extremely slow service. So few staff serving. Waited 10min … still waiting … like snail like that. No wonder no biz Low on customer experience …. The tables are one high one low, the cushion seats are so much lower than the tables, can’t even eat comfortably, need to go for more chilli sauce since each packet is so tiny, the fries is so tiny, overall not nice to be in bk. McDonald’s does a better job designing furnitures for better customer experience.

Quiet and cosy place for a fast food place at off peak period. Do expect a very Long wait at peak as they are usually short staffed. Overall, this place was great for meet up, waiting for grocery shopping and doing homework! Shh, keep this place alive as a lively delivery came from here too.

The food is not HOT, the fries is super cold and the bacon is so hard & cold too. Not fresh. Not “smoking good” at all. Very low morale on the staffs! Not smiling, but with a very depressed mood & give some attitude. Please I seek some improvement on this outlet. This is my 4th time visiting.. seems the same :(

Slow, really slow. Staff are just chit chatting and take their own sweet time to do your order. Being called fast food for a reason. But ironically they are slow. Be prepared to wait.

I ask for no ice for my drinks but receive ice in it but is ok I ask for to exchange they help me exchange but why is it so less I wanted more they should improve 😞

Loud malay music at 11pm. I could hear music played from approx 5-6 shops away. It wasnt even their closing time.. I can barely hear myself because of the loud music! We requested for the music to be lowered and how ironic, the manager is there and he or she is ok with it? I thought i was at some pasar malam!

Ordered Fish Burger. The quality is so bad. Fish used is not fresh. A bit hard and colour is not white inside when bitten. Hope they relook their quality control. And the staff there dont even attend to u when they notice you standing there. Only the manager attended and was friendly.
