Fast food chain serving burgers, snacks and coffee. Whopper is ok but patty is dry, had to use sauce to add flavours.

I know… I know it is fast food. I have never thought too highly of the food here. Today I eat my word. I ate a fish burger value meal - comes with French fries and Coke. The burger was very good and the fries are thick cut and crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. I paid $10 for 2 persons. Burger King - thank you!

Tried to order over the terminal for a western whopper without cheese but there was no option for having it without cheese. Tried twice. Approached the counter and was address by an unhelpful staff member who insisted that we could do it at the terminal, that is, unless we wanted to pay with cash. We went over to try again at the terminal. Twice. There was no option to have it without cheese. She said to make the order and just let her know over the counter after we had place the order, while STILL insisting that it could be done. The specific request I made was to have the Western whopper without cheese and without lettuce, and what came was a burger that was anything but a western whopper (see picture). Highly disappointing experience at burger King parkway. Staff was also neither apologetic nor friendly in the first place.

Located next to kfc, clean setup and not as crowded. Like it here for it dining experience. But dont expect fast food service as i waited almost 20min for my item to be ready.

This is a take away, had it after 25 mins out from the mall , it’s still very yummy and juicy! It is probably the first burger out from the kitchen after it’s menu changed from morning Breakfast set. I hope they will continue this quality throughout the day. This burger is definitely so much better than BK in Viva Biz Hub

food preparation is very slow. staff taking hus own time to prepare the burger. ordered one burger ala carte can wait for like 40mins. oh my goodness

Food quality has deteriorated tremendously, and is expensive. The mushroom used in the Swiss Mushroom burger is sticky and lacks flavour. It looks and tastes fermented. Service is average. The atmsphere is average too.

I ordered long chicken and taste was not upto the expectation. Could have been better to add some tomatoes onions jalapeños etc. I don't mind paying extra but there was no option to add extras...

Waiting time is ridiculous. Took 25 minutes to prepare my meal on a slow Saturday afternoon. How hard can it be to wrap a burger. Fast Food indeed.

Hi I am writing this as of 24th January 2024 I am very disappointed with the service I had with Burger King. I couldn’t see the name of the staff because the tag was very small but I could see the name start with B I think his name was like blean or something or Braun I can’t recall . I asked him politely whether can I order , he looked at me and said “WAIT” which made me feel threatened. He had a fierce demeanour which made me contemplate whether should I eat ice cream there but I decided to eat there still and after eating when I went to ask him can I have water he gave me unpleasant look which made me not welcomed . Burger King please do something about it! Thank you !!

2nd time requesting for West whopper without cheese. Repeated it 3x when making my order at the counter. It was indicated on the receipt as well. No cheese. However, burger came with cheese. Tried calling the outlet, no answer. I'm unable to consume. Cheated my money. 🤷♂️ I will pursue this, Burger King Parkway.

Messed up my delivery order. Left out items including the kids toy for the children's meal and our dessert. The coke was flat and not gassy at all. It's like they went out of their way to specially make you feel sad about your lunch.

used to be better but now they seem to be always busy with online orders and slow. food is as expected but a lot more expensive than it used to be. better use coupons from their website or just buy their cheapest meal. don't bother doing any "special order" unless you really have some food allergy/sensitivity , 'cause they will probably screw it up somehow. that's true for most fast food anyway. IF you have a deadly food allergy, you should never eat at most restaurants anyhow. the seats are nice and mostly made out of teak wood, otherwise could be cleaner. some tables come with charging points and power outlets so that's useful.

Fish fillet taste bad. Tables are abit dirty. Cheese fries are good. Buns not as flat as Carl's jr. The restaurant was empty. The fast food food was fast.

food here exactly like mac donald’s. But their fries are so fire and crispy. The guy at the counter staffwas so emo. Blud asked me if i wanted chili or ketchup as if he was whispering. There’s no one here cause it’s for emo people 🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺

A little dehydrating(they gave me a mountain of tartar sauce)but the set meal apple juice does help contradict. The cheese fries were awesome but the seat I was seating on was a little broken.I really only have the picture of the burger and fries. (Check the pics below.)
