You can phrase it more professionally and firmly like this: How difficult is it to provide the correct order? This is not the first time items have been missing. I returned to inform the staff about the missing item, but without checking, I was told that it was already inside. In the end, I had to open everything up to show that the item was indeed missing.

This outlet still has the typical quality control expected from a BK. Best is to go down personally order take out. And pair with their promo code deals, best value for money options to have for lunch or dinner and save money over the promotion months.

Great service yesterday. Went to dine in tho’ it was super busy, the manager Prema ensured I get my order. You save a soul! I was very hungry I barely could wait. I sure will visit again.

I placed a $103 order from Burger King through Grab, but unfortunately one of the items was missing when my order arrived. This was very disappointing, especially since it was a large order and I paid the full amount expecting everything to be included. What made the situation worse was that I ordered this meal to break my fast. After waiting for the delivery and preparing to eat, I realized that one of the items was missing. This was frustrating and ruined part of the experience because the order was meant to be shared and enjoyed during the time of breaking fast. I reported the issue through Grab, but I was unable to get a full refund for the missing item. As a customer, it feels unfair to pay for something that I never received. For an order worth $103, the restaurant should ensure that all items are properly checked and packed before handing them to the delivery rider. I hope Burger King takes this feedback seriously and improves their order checking process. Customers should be able to trust that when they place and pay for an order, everything will be delivered correctly.
