I was working on a project last Saturday afternoon and got the urge to have a quick bite. I didn't want to wait too long. I live next door to Plaza Singapura and my logic was that I should order from a restaurant there as it would be delivered quickly. I chose Burger King. I paid for normal delivery. It initially said 25 minutes which I thought was okay. Then I saw that it said it would be delivered by foot. Which I found odd. At around 30 minutes from order, this was changed to delivery by bicycle. The burger and fries arrived 65 minutes after order. When I live 50 metres away. It was all cold. Why. Well people on foot or on bike don't have a hotbox. If this store was too busy and the delivery times were already long, they should not take the order, or should say that they are only able to sell if I collect it. But why should I be treated differently and get a delivery method where it is guaranteed NOT TO BE HOT, because of no hot box! Absurd.

Service lapse and poor food - ordered 2 breakfast set at 1035 and received food at 1102. Won't recommend this outlet. Problems : only 1 person working at 1035, another person came at 1050. Take note there are only 1 or 2 order ahead of me on the order board. Tried to give me my Milo that has been sitting there for more than 20mins which I asked for a change and they accepted. They seemed to have prioritized delivery because the driver only waited for 5mins. Food looked bad.

Classic BK. Not bad, but not great either. But got 2whopper juniors with extra tomatoes and lettuce for $6 on a voucher code. Nice! Interior seems a bit weird. Maybe a bit tired or something about the lighting is off. But it’s just not a particularly welcoming space. Functional.

The outlet around 11 am was relatively peaceful on a Friday; a good chance to get promotional items or lunch without queue. Wait time had been less than 5 minutes. You can't go too wrong with Burger King for burgers.

Stuff a bit indifferent when asking for help. Taste wise, the usual, nothing special
