Best outlet to enjoy Burger King by far. Staff working in this outlet always prepare your meal with heart. The burgers (very neatly packed), onion rings and French fries are always so good. Will only patronize this outlet whenever I wanna have Burger King in future.

Ordered via burgerking app at 6:56pm, collection time indicated 10mins, I.e. 7:06. Arrived at outlet at 7:08, counter staff just started putting the meal together. Got my order at 7:10, wasn't ideal, but acceptable. Chicken Long crispy on the outside, relatively moist on the inside, rather satisfying for a fast food meal. Onion rings are nicely crispy on the outside and tender on the inside too 😄. On a side note, one of the sections were closed, but there are still empty seats available. There seemed to be lesser staff than the last time I visited a year ago, but I don't think that services were significantly affected adversely.

Famous for its iconic WHOPPER burger,the America's favourite.Always a favourite burger to savour for its 100% beef flame grilled and freshly prepared make it one of the best burger over the time.The best thing to dine here is the spacious layout of the restaurant and less crowds.You can choose to seat inside comfortably or for more chilled and casual feel there are seats available outdoor with high chairs too.Very cosy and clean bright place to enjoy your meal with family and friends. Service is fast and food served is good too.

Fries is crispy and hot, seems like it's freshly fried. Burger is made on the spot upon ordering, I tried the mushroom Swiss tender grill chicken value meal. Arrived at about 1220H, it's the peak lunch hour and there is only 2 staff working. I am not sure if there is manpower crunch. However the food is still delivered within 10 minutes

Burger King Marina Square. Service staff was efficient and prompt, while the environment was clean and bright. Definitely much better than some of the other BK branches.

Waited 25 mins for my daughter cheeseburger , fries n a drink ..and they miss my order after 25 mins...burger was sitting there all along... served soggy and cold. . Staffs dont even bother. 26 aug 1430hrs

Came at 8.30pm and was told that they’re closed?! Then why would the establishment publicize that they close at 9pm. I just wanted to order takeaway and we were turned away. So ya.. Maybe visit at 8pm or earlier to make sure you really get your food. 😒

Giving twice chances. Services is super slow and bad Food prep overcooked and burnt. Replacement of a new one provoded with no filling inside. Totally disappointed

19 Oct'23: Sadly the standard at this outlet has dropped drastically after the usual Malay staff are no longer working here. Burger was either not warm/hot or too hot. Ordered a cup of Heaven & Earth green tea without ice and the drink was diluted, went to the counter to inform the Chinese lady and she looked at me and replied "Yah". What 'Yah'?! I asked her to replace a new cup for me as the drink should not be diluted at all, to which she reluctantly replaced it. I took a sip immediately and sadly it is still diluted, I informed her about it so she could probably get the machine service or something but all I got from her next was "Orh", and she didn't do anything about it, still using the diluted machine to serve other patrons. Nice place for a casual catchup or business meetings. Its quiet and also they have a extended seating area outside the shop which adds more tables and seats. Even during lunch or dinner peak hours, its also still fairly quiet. Definitely easy to get a table.

Whopper for the meat lovers, Plant-based Whopper for the animal lovers. Burger King keeps everyone happy. The Burger King at Marina Square is another great location for meetup with friends, plenty of seats available. For Plant-Based Whopper, vegans can opt not to have the mayonnaise and religious Vegans/ vegetarians can opt not to have the onions and mayonnaise.

Banana pie was not bad, not too sweet as well. Best eaten when warm! Salmon bites with garlic butter were pretty decent as well, the insider (garlic butter) was quite jammy. Portobello mushroom chargrill chicken was nicely charred and juicy, prefer this over their portobello mushroom croissant (breakfast menu). Not really a fan of their fries.

This Burger King has always been 5 stars for me and I rave about it to my colleagues and wife. I eat in Burger Kings all over the world as my customer service job involves international travel. This has been my favourite. Warm welcome from the loveliest staff members, really fresh, tasty and hot food. Unfortunately on my visit today, 26/06, I had the rudest and grumpyest staff member serve me. I'll call her "Amy". She was very impatient as I ordered, tutted, rolled her eyes, slammed my receipt on the counter and talked to herself in her own language to what I don't know what was said. It set a bad tone as I was looking forward to my lunch. The food itself: fries for the first time ever were not great, they were luke warm. The burger was as delicious as usual. The nuggets also remained consistently good. I hope "Amy" improves her customer service skills and looks to start enjoying her work.
