Expectations vs reality.. waited 30mins for sad piece of what BK calls it’s ultimate Kakiage Salmon burger. Onion rings so dry and blacken. Service is non existent. Minimum wage doesn’t mean customers pay the brunt of it. Worst BK in Singapore.

Ms. Catherine have been very friendly and service oriented. It’s my first visit here, and were greeted by her welcoming gesture. She’s polite and joyous, happy to see a non-robotic service staff in the fast food restaurant. Thanks for making our day and keep smiling! Ms. Catherine, you SLAY!✨

Ordered a Whopper Jr meal which is my favourite the balance of each ingredient was just right the fries were hot & fresh, well seasoned with salt Nice cozy atmosphere even though its just a small size restaurant Friendly staff good customer service Visit there often whenever I go shopping at SSC Simply splendid Can't wait to eat the nice lunch again

I’ve always love Burger King Breakfast, so having it here at SSC outlet is perfect because it is near home and not too crowded. The staffs are nice and friendly. Food is good and similar to other outlets. This outlet is small but clean.

My family have been patronising this outlet for years , it's our regular dining place to go especially during the weekends. Their staffs are friendly and courteous, restaurant is clean, food preparation is fast even during peak hours and pick up for online order is always breeze free. Have always like their burgers over other fast food chains.Highly recommended 👍

This is our favourite Burger King outlet, whose staff is courteous and eating area generally clean. Spacious lay-out, though not much seating space for dine in. While we were here, the staff encountered a rude customer, they remained calm and handled the customer's request professionally. 👍🏻

Food was hot when it arrived and it was quick to be made as well , within 5mins of ordering. Also staff on duty was really friendly when approached. However seats are quite limited here due to the space… But overall experience was good, food not bad:)

Food is hot when served and the staff is very friendly. Our food is always served fast. There is a lady staff who helped me to take food to our table because I was with 2 young kids. Me and my kids always enjoy our breakfast time there.

Got the $5.95 Value Your Way Meal! Staffs are friendly and my food are prepared fast. Kudos to the team! Taro Pie’s filling is hot too (ate other outlets that the taro pie filling is cold) Shout-out Catherine for helping my food request
