I hate it when I get served food that are lukewarm. This whopper is barely above room temperature. Onion rings were OK. Still a limp, near soggy mess but at least they felt warmer than my body temperature. I asked for an exchange of the burger, and I got it in like 13 seconds. Same pathetic result. I walked off. Money wasted. No more Burger King for me.

Haven't had BK for a long time since they changed their mushroom swiss to some rubbery fishball-esque meat a year ago . Popped by for a late dinner and noticed there's a normal and ultimate version of mushroom swiss . Decided to give the ultimate version a try and see how it goes Maybe my memory is a little fuzzy ...but some how the ultimate burger tasted almost exactly like the old mushroom swiss before they switched the meat except a little dryer. It leaves a somewhat bitter taste in the mouth and feels like bk did a bait and switch then came back and sells you the original burger at a higher price. It's really this sort of experience that makes you stay away and not see bk as a valid meal choice . Mos burger did something similar sneakily removing the wagyu from their signs but you know something is wrong with the first bite. Staff at this outlet seem to be rather busy with online orders enough to ignore store orders as well . Lady before me had a wrong order . I could see my food left there for a while until the staff serving at the front had to go in to find out why it's not prepared . Itll probably be another year and a late night when other places are closed before I forget and get desperate enough to try Burger King again

22 Dec 21’ I can’t recalled when was my last visit to Jurong points, however, overly crowded, not my favourite place 🤣. Anyway, best choice for a quick meal is convenient and familiar ; Burger King.

20230715 - First 1 weeks of reopening, the food was great. Whopper was great. Had it twice. Went to get my Whopper again today and turns out real soggy and dripping with no "greens" in sights except some yellowish lettuce. Hate dripping wet soggy burgers. Well it was good while it lasts. Will not be visiting again though.

Always short handed at this particular outlet. Esepcially more during peak with online orders. Be prepared to wait. Nice to note that they have not yet gotten any orders wrong for me for a long time now. So yea. *New garlic burger is garlicky and i love it!

They deserve zero stars. Staff didn’t pack order completely. Food Panda send incomplete order. Call Burger King, no answer. Call Food Panda but non refundable. This is not the first time.

Hire a proper manager perhaps. If cannot cope with in-house and online orders, just off your online orders temporary. Very hectic kitchen atmosphere yet slow in preparing food, very obvious inefficiencies. 20 mins in and my order of 2 ice cream is not done yet.

Located at B1 of Jurong Point Shopping Mall. Standard menu, similar to other Burger King outlets. There are two machines to place your orders, credit cards, nets and paynow can be used for payment. Service was fast, the food was prepared quite fast and staffs were efficient and quick to clear and clean up the tables for the next customers. The staffs were friendly and approachable too. Ample seating space for dine-in customers.

Everything was bad, burger was really dry, i ordered a sour cream tub for $1.5 and they gave me a really small cup that i cant even fit my fingers in. Everything no worth its price at all. I think i just paying for the air con not the food

Burger King seriously needs to strengthen their staff training. I have not encountered similar issues at any other fast-food restaurants. I have nothing to say against the manager on duty that day, as her service attitude towards customer complaints was sincere. However, she was a bit too soft on her overbearing staff. We had dinner there on the evening of June 6th. I sat alone in the dining area while my friend went to order food. I had place my water bottle on the dinning table since my bag was filled. An older female cleaner, Chinese, short, with short hair, came over and gave me a 'warning': 'You are not allowed to drink outside drinks here!' I replied politely, 'No, I didn't! My friend is ordering food there.' What I didn't expect was that she continued to be unrelenting and stared straight at me. Since I felt I was being treated unreasonably, I just stared back, wanting her to stop and let me wait for my food in peace. After about 5 - 10 minutes, I noticed she had been staring at me from a distance, she walking past my table and looking at me sideways for every 1 - 2 minutes. I felt harassed, so I approached the manager and told her what happened. The manager immediately apologised to me but seek my understanding the older staff member's temperament. At that moment, the old cleaner shouted at me, 'How do you know I'm looking at you if you don't look at me?' My view on this matter is: 1. It's okay to remind customers about the no outside food/drinks policy, but politeness is important. 2. When a customer explains the situation, please allow them a calm moment to wait for their meal. 3. The attitude of service staff (including restaurant cleaners) is crucial, as it affects the organisation’s image and reputation. 4. I sympathise with the manager, who have to deal with busy work, customers, and stubborn staff. 5. Our society promotes respect and care for the elderly, but that doesn't mean we must tolerate their rudeness and unreasonable behaviour. I hope Burger King implements the necessary improvements and addresses these issues in the near future, and I look forward to seeing tangible progress.
