Disappointed with my recent experience at this Burger King outlet. I ordered and paid $2.90 for an Ice Cream Sundae, but the item served appeared to be a mini ice cream presented on a shallow lid. When I queried it, the staff member, Arvin, insisted that this was the correct item and that I had ordered a mini. I showed my receipt and even a photo of the kiosk menu, but my concern was initially dismissed. After checking my receipt, the correct sundae was prepared. However, what disappointed me most was the lack of an apology and the way the situation was handled. When I asked for an apology, I was told that I did not need to be angry, which felt dismissive. I hope the management can look into this matter and provide better customer service training. Mistakes can happen, but acknowledging them and treating customers with respect makes a big difference.

The food at Burger King Tampines Mart was honestly 5-star quality and the service made the experience even better. Everything was served fresh, hot, and prepared well. The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout. Special shoutout to Wali for the excellent service. He was polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. It’s staff like him that make people want to come back again. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is definitely underrated! Environment is nice and quiet, food is freshly made as they are always hot and not overly fried.
