Salad not fresh, alcoholic smell with yellow lettuce leaves. Burger so small, not even comparable to franchise stores in China. Definitely rubbish and a waste of money

A far cry from the hustle and bustle of macdonalds where the crowds are never ending and the staff always enthusiastic. Which was a shame as BK has a far better fast food offering than MacD - to me. For one, the flame broiled patties are more juicy and meaty. Their fries now triumphed MacD. But what happened to Rendang Burger? And the hoards of youngsters? Now Ah Peks sat and watched movies on their pads. The staffs just waved you off towards the DIY KIOSKS even if they not serving anyone at all. Sigh. Hope BK won't go the way of A&W and yield the whole burger scene to the North Asian upstart.

Pretty good burger overall. The patty was a little dry but still the entire package was better than I expected.

Rude front counter. This is tendergrill chicken with addition vegs. Come on BK. I’ve been to so many BK and I don’t remember my tendergrill patty being so miserable. When I took the burger to the counter to clarify if they missed out the additional vegs, reply was add already. Definitely some retraining and quality control needed at this outlet. Atrocious!

The lady manager was very kind and her service for the food was very fast I think less than 2min she serve me ready, I think her name is Suhanna.. next time I will come back and looks for her to serve me...

Eating my favourite Turkey Bacon and as always the staff served me the food as they noticed I'm handicapped One of my favourite destination is because it’s so spacious that an electric scooter can go in and out easily

It is franchises so food quality does not differ much the only distinction is service here is great. So drop in if you are in for Burger King with good service.

Staff was very rude. Worst customer service I ever had. Please save yourself some money by going to KFC or MCD beside. 0/5 will not recommend.

I love burger king breakfast but their coffee will surely ruin your day so I decided stop patronising them. And the Clementi outlet is super hot! I was sweating away despite the mall has AC.

We really like BK, but the counter staff is horrendous! He is basically an ah beng in a BK uniform. I hope he changes his behavior. I understand that they are short-staffed, but please don't take it out on the customers who have been waiting patiently. God bless you, BK, and your customer service!

Prices does not match the food. Their food have reduced significantly in terms of taste, quality & sizes. But prices keep on increasing. Ordered medium onion rings & there's only 7 small pieces. Burgers are so small even Ramly burger is so much bigger.
