Amazing experience here! Staff are friendly, patient and super efficient even during busy hours. All food is freshly made, the flame-grilled beef patty in Whopper is juicy and flavorful, fries are crispy and hot. Both service and food quality are perfect, will definitely come back again.

If you’re looking for a peaceful meal, Burger King at Clementi Mall has clearly decided that’s far too pedestrian for their establishment. Instead, they offer an avant-garde auditory experience led by their star performer: the staff member tasked with "cleaning." It is truly impressive how they’ve turned basic floor sweeping into a high-stakes production. Rather than picking up the furniture like a functional human, they prefer the "drag and screech" method—a masterclass in acoustic irritation. Every time a chair is violently hauled across the floor, the resulting sound is a piercing, metallic shriek so perfectly calculated to drill into your ear canal that it makes the food taste like stress and regret. It takes a special kind of talent to be that aggressively insensitive to the patrons currently trying to chew their dinner. If the goal was to ensure nobody stays long enough to actually finish their meal, consider it a resounding success. I walked in with an appetite and left with a headache, leaving my food behind as a sacrifice to the gods of grating, unnecessary noise. Truly, a five-star experience in how to make your customers regret ever walking through the door.

Waited at counter for 10 minutes with none of the staff attending to me. Saw 4 staff behind the counter. One staff at the kitchen, 2 staff behind counter, 1 at the packing side. Let me mention that one staff was busy cleaning the drinks dispenser and counter top. Another staff was in the dining area cleaning. Asked the staff if someone could attend to my order as I wished to place an order using Shopback payment and was told to wait. So I asked whether I should go off and returned, and was informed I should do so. Asked if I should return in 10, 15 or 30 minutes, and staff told me to return in 15 minutes before someone could attend to placing my order at cashier counter. Am currently typing this out while waiting out this 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
