Very poor customer service waiting 20 minutes on burger - went to get my money back and burger was setting there - they said they called my number but I never heard - after 10 minutes should haved looked for customer

Never again - made for an uncomfortable experience on flight after. It was 8pm on Friday evening so understand it was busy period, but the line was the longest out of all the stalls in the food court. I ordered the chicken nuggets meal. There was already a meal they were prepping for having-here and even though I ordered takeaway they prepped my meal with the fries they were using for another meal that no one picked ip. The fries were not fresh because they were not warm and you tell they had been sitting out for some time, and the chicken nuggets were not fresh and warm either, because I had diarrhea 2 hours into my flight and the following morning.

Newly open Burger King at Terminal 4 Departure beside kopitiam and Andes.. Nice n quiet place to dine and have games next door to keep the children occupied after their burger meals 😁

The 11am Digitak Menu has always been late between 5-15 mins. Wish they would immediately rectify this issue

This is a great spot for breakfast after landing from a flight. I enjoyed a nice cup of milk coffee and a delicious croissant-shaped bun for breakfast. However, there's room for improvement in terms of completeness; for instance, sugar and stirrers weren't readily available. On my second order, my order number didn't appear on the screen, causing a slight inconvenience.

I am really disappointed in the quality of meal in Burger King in T4 Changi Airport. The double bacon is fried till total charred. When enquirer, it’s explained as normal. Don’t think the meals are properly prepared. Hopefully this is not the norm for all outlet.

The staff in the photo took her job like a joke and tried to be funny. Went and ordered at 10pm+ today. The other staffs shouted out the order numbers in English as per normal, but when it was my turn, this lady took over and decided to be a clown and shouted mine in Malay and laughing (obviously trying to make other staffs laugh). Once I reached the counter and showed her my receipt, she probably saw that I look like Chinese, laughed and said “Tak tahu ah?”, which I gladly replied in mandarin my order no. and with her most confused face, I said too “Tak tahu Chinese ah?”. Glad that I understood and speak Malay too but was unhappy with her behaviour. Working at Changi Airport, isn’t it a no-brainer to say customers’ order no. in English instead of mother tongue? Why try to act like a clown and ruin BK’s reputation? Please sort it out with her and send her to training

The Burger King Service at Terminal 4 was horrible. My mother is a pure vegetarian and we are Muslim. They were saying that the restaurant is halal but the lady making the burgers was using the same gloves for the chicken, vegetables, bacon ect. Do not trust the place and this can also be harmful to people who have allergies. We were there On the 11/10/23 around 12:30pm.They didn’t have the burger that my mother usually eats so she tried to order a chicken burger without the patty and extra vegetables. Keen, a guy that works there refused to take the order and very rudely made a fuss about our order. We found this incredibly rude, I do not recommend this place.

Leaving Singapore after biz trip and fancied a burger. Went for the double-veggie meal as I-ve enjoyed the plant-based patties at Burger King in Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok. What a disappointment! Burgers were dry and tasted of fuel. No chargrill taste. Salad and dressing was fine but the bun was doughy and not grilled. Fries were OK. They must have to try really hard to make a burger this bad.

Singapore, one of few airports with facilities before you check in. Burger King was one of several restaurants available. It had full selection, reasonably fast and friendly service. Very clean and all on all good.

Team, please take all the orders and have the kitchen prepare them. Taking one order at a time, going to prepare it, serve it, and then take the next order is just not the way you make fast-food. 15min line to serve 3 customers? Needs improvement.

It's probably the only viable place to dine at if you're here in the middle of the night! And it is in the check in halls which is great for families to dine in before they send offtheir loved ones. Service is pretty quick since there is practically no one here at 4am 🤣 Seats are aplenty and is by kiosk ordering system with multiple forms of payment! Even amex and apple pay. Food wise is pretty mid, and portions leans towards small. Tater tots for breakfast are done pretty well! Swiss mushroom Croiss-wich is not bad!
