Great food. This branch has been there in IMM since I can't remember. It's always been one of my go to restaurant whenever I want a quick bite.

Fast food restaurant but service is too slow waited for 2 meals for approx 40 mins. Simply outrageous. Orders were mainly too focused on delivery riders food. Many seats for customers to occupy but few customers were seen with more delivery riders around.

Everytime this big size Indian manager work, service is always so slow… and only him. Other manager service super fast. Idk why only him… pls retrain this guy.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Missing items and moldy bread. What's more, I ate half of it already. No quality control. Super disappointed.

I tried plant based whopper as there is no other veg option in the Burger King IMM. Worst Burger in my life.. i don understand how a vegetarian people can have this kind of taste. If you are selling for others why do you stopped the veg Burger? If you are vegetarian most likely you’ll ll not like the taste.

Try the double rendang beef burger, burger looks smaller, the beef tastes like cheap minced meat! It doesn’t taste fresh and feels dry!

Don’t wait too long for your pickup… they sometimes forget. No idea how/why?? I ordered one pie, then went to order toast from yakun. Let’s just say I had enough time to wait for my fresh toast to be made, get my toast, finish 3 pieces slowly and my BG order was still not ready by then. Had to ask them before they realised I was waiting for my order/check any outstanding order.🫠

We love the atmosphere here and we enjoyed doing our work at burger king imm as there is a power socket. Also the lychee drink is awesome!

Nice place to relax & have a coffee. I prefer their burgers to McDonalds. But McDonalds have better breakfast offerings. One thing Burger King shd learn from McDonald: don't charge your customers for small things like a BBQ sauce. Doesn't leave your customers with a good feeling.

Came here for breakfast because the “shop opposite” was packed. The breakfast here are all pretty heavy so I got a kids meal (pancakes) which was probably the only thing that I can stomach for an early morning meal. Like most fast food chain, unless you take the soft drink option, you’ll have to top up $1-$2 to get other drinks.

No to chicken croissant breakfast. Inconsistent quality Manager will call your number and that's it. They have better things to do. Choa Chu Kang Safra BK is much better place, better service and food standard

The RGM named AIN provides the best service to the customers , she is patient towards customer and ensure our food is out as quick as possible , she place the food nicely on the table , she deserve a compliment 👍

The trays uses to serve food is so dirty. Oil stains and liquid on the trays are used to serve food. It is very unhygienic. I can help to clean the empty table when when they are busy during peak hours. But putting food on dirty trays says so much about Burger King's standard.

My experience at the IMM Burger King outlet left much to be desired. Despite being there for lunch during my break, the efficiency was lacking with only one crew managing both packing and cashier duties. The wait for my food stretched to nearly 25 minutes, questioning the concept of fast food at this outlet. Improvements in staffing are essential for a more satisfying customer experience.

Walao eh, every time lunch only 1 person at counter doing packing and cashier. Wait time for food almost 20 to 30min. Burger King so poor, cannot hire more people??? Use brain also know it's peak hours, office crowd where got so much time to wait for you guys. Hire more people lah.

love this outlet a lot!!! i ordered the spicy chicken and the wait time was a bit lengthy but the burger was very hot and I could tell it was freshly made, highly appreciate that. service was also really good, love that the workers were so friendly and kind. there's also charging outlets on some tables, will definitely be coming back🔥

I would say this is the best BK outlet have visited to date. The burgers are piping hot and fresh, and the service was fast as well. The cheese fries, however, had a weird taste to it. But overall, it was an enjoyable meal. Would come back again.

The crew Madam Fatimah makes a great whopper burger among all the BK outlets. With just the amount of sauces, fresh veggies, and serve hot. The young lady who served us at the counter was quick, courteous, giving us fresh hot onion rings which is very rarely done in other BK outlets. This is really our favorite BK. Thank you.
