[HYGIENIC ISSUE] Ordered a set on grabfood Burger King and found out lots of white hair in my kakiage angus beef burger 🤢 the Angus doesn’t even taste like beef. it is inadmissible and I didn’t even get a refund from Grabfood ! Poor quality I don’t recommend and wont order anymore!

Why do you serve dine in, diners without tissue? So where do we wipe our stain hand? On your staff uniform? Is tissue also another measure of you cutting cost? Done be rudiculous pls. Every dine in customer needs a TISSUE!! So that we can wipe our stain hand!!!

Service was excellent, staff was accommodating to my school's field trip there and we had excellent communication with the manager Sandy. Very thankful for all the attention to details to make my class children's day

Very,very bad service.. Dont ever buy a food there.. thy ignored u and not even say hi or hello. Thy only concentrate delivery orders but let the customer waiting. Even hv time look at the phone but never border look at the customer at the counter. watching the screen like watching tv.. so slow and no multitasking.. when i ask can i take my order, the staff answer secarstic way and the GM not even bother about the customer.. thts why business is bad there.. !!! Poor service😡😡😡

We ordered a double bbq turkey bacon meal with onion rings and sijora lychee at about 845pm. As we had ordered it over the counter (machine was down due to no receipt), we would have expected that we can bring back the drink and onion rings. However it was not such a case and we had to wait for the whole order to be ready before we can pick up our order as a whole. NO PARTIAL DELIVERY.... After about 10 mins, I went back to the counter to find out why the order was so long. I saw what was in the picture. The drinks and rings were already laid out. From experience, the runner would set the drinks (with ice) and the sides (deep fried) last. I waited another few minutes and then I checked with the staff why were the drinks and sides prep first. A man who claimed to be the manager said that there were a lot of orders so this is how they do it. I told him the drink had diluted and I was a change. He ignored me. After a few more minutes, my burger finally came. And I brought the whole set to my table. The tray in front was still there with the two drinks. Mine was the inner tray. I had to tell the staff to carry my set up so that I can take without toppling the front and side ones. She very unhappily lifted up the tray for me to take over. I came back after laying down the tray at my table to ask for chilli and curry sauce. She did a gesture while facing the ovens. Without looking at me. There were only about 5 packets in the container and they were not bothered and were not going to refill. The female staff was really just standing there waiting. Along came 2 ladies trying to place an order. Again without looking at them, she just shouted use the machine. I think burger king no longer can be considered fast food, service is bad, food is cold and hard. The colour of the onion rings has harden and darken so much. If it was in the 90s, they would not have served it at all.

Not the first time they pack the order with missing item. Both times missing sausage patty. 1st time was months ago, realised when arrived home, son was disappointed. After few months decided to give it another try, checked on the spot, still missing same thing. They have 4-5 staffs in the kitchen and less than 5 customers when I was there. If you are taking away, check the item before you leave.

Personally, the chicken patty was a lil small but otherwise generally the food was good (variety of dishes, taste, first impression etc) Service was great! Staff are friendly, ready and willing to help out. Atmosphere is relaxing :)) gives chill vibes and really lets you feel at peace

Always love the plant based burger. They could have improved the online ordering. Why do I still have to enter the code for the promotion. This should be captured same included automatically when I selected the burger for payment

Quiet on a weekday afternoon. Place is neat and has quite a lot of seats. Food is served quite fast. Can improve on overall cleanliness as some tables/chairs a bit dirty/stained...

When I at the outlet I saw is dirty and the table is full and a lot of rubbish even I ask the staff to clean it they ignore me even I stand there wait they clean and they see me like they are busy when they are free and I ask the staff to clean the table and she refuses to respond me I will never come again case I come a few time the staff still the same no respect so rude

There is this really rude lady who shouts at people especially students I witnessed a little girl cry because of that lady's rude service her name is Juliana I overheard that she got the little girl's order wrong and instead if apologizing, she instead shouted at her and caused her to cry. Her bad service is worth pointing out, shouting at young children just simply isn't right.

We are regular patrons at Seletar Mall outlets. We top-up the harshbrown, but was disappointed that we given 2 more pieces only( as regular customer, we counted the number). We highlighted it to the staff and was told off, also being accused for consuming it and alleged that we are making a claim for extra pieces. Disappointed, we told off the staff for the allegation made against us for wrongful claims. However, another staff who saw the exchanges we had with the staff, she (Miss Zhen) came to our tables and deliver extra ‘harsh brown’. We appreciate the ‘ service recovery ‘ done and would like to compliment Ms Zhen for her good customer services. Kindly acknowledge this and give her a pat on her shoulder for the good work done

There’s this Indian girl who is extremely rude to especially students. She gave me the wrong tray and blamed me for not knowing what I ordered. She then later added on “ how am I suppose to know what’s your order, little kids nowadays… “ not only that but when I was about to take my tray when she shouted at me in a really rude manner.

Litterly the worst service one can get. There's this staff member called Juliana who asked my friend to take the tray saying it was hers(my friends), but it wasn't. She then proceeded to scold and shout at my friend for taking the wrong tray saying that it was my friend's fault for not knowing what she ordered. When my friend started to calmly and politely clarify the misunderstanding, she started scolding her again, but this time in Malay ( a language that friend doesn't know ). She later on threatened to call the police over such a small matter. This incident truly ruined my friend's special day (it was her birthday) and her first impression of the Burger King branch located at Seletar Mall. Honestly speaking, they should fire her as soon as possible. Yelling at customers and threatening them? If I could I'd rate this zero stars.

there's this really rude worker named Juliana. she is extremely rude towards customers. the other day, I witnessed her shouting to a little girl, they later had a dispute, which the made the little girl cry. afterwards, I overheard Juliana rising her voice and threatening the little girl to call the police.
