My first awful experience with Burger King took place in this branch. I can tolerate missed out items in peak hours, but I was the one and only customer at that time! And the staffs are happily chatting about going somewhere together! So how could it happened?? Thankfully I checked my order on my way back to office but I still find it unbelievable for this kind of service when there is only one set ordered for a single customer! Then this is advice for the future me: avoid BK's Long Chicken Burger, Onion Ring & Hershey' Pie! Never return to this BK branch ever.

Staff needs more training and better attitudes. Counter staff refuses to take orders and kept insisting customers order at the self service kiosks. Onion rings turned cold as they sit on the counter while the burgers take a long time to prepare and be served. Would skip this branch if you are in a hurry and prefer hot sides. 3/10.

BK Tiong Bahru gotta pick up the pace. Visited this branch on a Monday around 8.20 PM. The place was almost empty of dining-in customers with some people waiting for their take away and delivery orders. Waited 15 minutes for food to arrive after ordering. Banana pie was ready 25 minutes after ordering. Happened to see one delivery personnel had his order mixed up. He had to wait at least 20 minutes to get it done.

I went to your store at Tiong Bahru Plaza to buy drinks on 17/6. Because there were a lot of orders, I stood by and waited. I observed that the employee Ms. Melinda arranged food orders in an orderly manner. I admire her work attitude, she is very focused, very systematic, she is calm, steady and very professionalism. Thank you for her excellent customer service. I visit your store twice to three times a week. The service attitude of other employees is also good!👍🏻 Although there is not enough manpower, the staff service is consider as satisfactory. Try to put ourself in their shoes and be an inclusive society.🤗 Suggestion: Some foods are better served with a little heat!

this was my first time trying burger king! the staff were nice and friendly, however, they were really slow. it was peak hour, but waiting for about 10-15 minutes for nuggets, cheese fries and their coconut cone is quite long. the nuggets were alright, cooked well and slightly warm. the cheese fries had a nice nacho cheese sauce, but the fries were soft and soggy. the coconut cone was delicious, the ice cream was not overly sweet and had a smooth texture, and the cone was not soggy and had a great crunch. overall, this is not a bad place to go to for fast food, but we would not come back.

Service level average. I think short of manpower. Tried the plant based whopper and it is ok. Beef still better. I wonder if they would do half and half. One patty plant based , one beef. The medium fries is really very small portion. Quite annoyed the manager keeps telling me to order from machine which doesn’t accept cash. And at the end still need to order from counter

1 person cooking in kitchen. One uncle running around trying to hold the fort with mountains of orders. And 1 auntie who is walking around not helping, getting nag by the overworked uncle. They don't do the burgers by the orders that come in. But do all one type of burgers, then another type of burgers... So the orders cannot be completed. See my receipt...I ordered at 1953 . At around 2015, my first burger done and the auntie tried to give me my order. I have to tell her to please check carefully. At 2021 my second burger came. Before my second burger came, order 4101 had his order gave to him wrong... As I was waiting the orders piled up, delivery riders complaining, uncle running around and auntie just walking around saying " nithing i can do , nothing i can do".

Customer service : poor Waiting time : extremely long Fast food become slow food. Waited more than an hour when there are no customers at all. Noticed that this vendor have changed staff many times. At least they r doing something but seems like it isnt working.

The lady named Grace's bad service attitude at Tiong Bahru Plaza by explaining that she displayed a lack of attentiveness and professionalism. Despite you pointing to the menu item you wanted, she failed to recognize it, requiring you to verbally explain your order, which can be frustrating for customers. This behaviour reflects a disregard for customer convenience and a lack of knowledge about the menu, contributing to a negative dining experience. In addition to Grace's lack of attentiveness and professionalism, her rudeness towards the elderly customer further exemplifies her poor service attitude at Tiong Bahru Plaza. Disrespecting elderly customers is unacceptable and contributes to a hostile dining environment. Such behavior not only demonstrates a lack of respect for customers but also tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. It's important for staff to treat all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of age or any other factor.

Waited almost half an hour for a fast food order. My actual burger finished and sit at the counter 25 min. Front indian compiling orders seem clueless. Staff listening phone. Arguing with customer. You name it all. Should have just picked nearby mcdonald instead of wasting my time with this store.

Dear manager, I am writing a letter of complaint regarding my unpleasant takeaway service at your outlet in Tiong Bahru Plaza. My recent drink orders from this outlet has always been incorrect. I've observed that an elderly female staff member is responsible for preparing the drinks, and she clearly lacks knowledge of the difference between coke zero and regular coke. The coke I receive always tastes like the regular one even though I ordered coke zero. It is frustrating as a customer to realise that the drink is wrong when I return home. Unless your company wishes your customers to physically stand and watch the staff prepare the correct drink order, please educate the elderly staff properly. I hope not to receive another regular coke, thank you.

BK is a shade of what it used to be. Had a tendergrille chicken with mushroom, its tasty and chicken is moist on the inside, enjoyed it. Medium Fries is miserable, too chunky, tasteless, more like small size. Under staffed, and mostly older folks.. Will not likely come back

Slow, if you are urgent don't try your luck here. Not sure why they don't hire one more staff to help. But I saw the Grab driver waiting for almost 30 minutes as well as me, then somemore the Untie asked the driver why your face looked like that. Funny xia. But I'm damn rushing for my work, and gnn I'm late now. "FAST FOOD" does not classified here. Feels so bad to the ladies looks like manager, work til shxt out and like working alone.
