Really nice and quiet place to chill after a long day! Staff were really nice and obliging even when I asked lots of questions regarding their menu. Super friendly too!

Went to have a quick dinner, very quiet clean and cosy, i accidentally spilled my drink, felt so bad, sorry to u guys working here who had to clean up after me. Gave me a free milo back although i did not ask for one and it was fully my fault 🥺 made my day so much! Many thanks!

Small and clean location, the only complain I have is the self ordering machine only accepts Nets/Nets Flashpay, for Visa paywave need to order at the counter. Staff needs to be more attentive to customers as well, everyone was inside the kitchen

Just a standard Burger King outlet. I enter, place my order from the machine, take my receipt and wait for my number to be called. Food quality is like any other Burger King outlets. I did not interact with any of the staff so I cannot comment. Overall a neutral experience. Will visit again when my craving hits me.

Worst Burger King ever. The burger bun was cold and stale unlike the promised “Freshly toasted sesame seed bun” The meat was barely warm and the cheese and mushrooms were not even warm, as if the entire burger was left there for hours. Late 12 noon and yet the branch still left the breakfast menu available to order until people actually ordered then they cancelled and asked to change to lunch. They don’t even bother putting the menu properly as shown in photos, the promo menu is placed upside down.

I seldom am critical but earlier today, my sister and I ordered Burger King on grab food collect it. Five min later, when we entered Burger King, we could smell a horrible stench of oil all over the restaurant. A family was sitting in the restaurant oblivious. My sister told the staff but they kept saying there is nothing:-( The oil smelt like bad oil smell, like something is refry that kind of smell. We bought several burgers with three packs of onion rings. When home, I placed one of the darker coloured one in my mouth and I had to spit it out. It’s very horrible oil smell, like it has been refried. My family members all tried. The darker coloured ones are from one pack. The light colour ones from another pack might be a diff batch so taste ok. Unfortunately it has spoilt our meal.My sister and I feel it’s such an unpleasant experience,she had to return two packs of the onion rings cos they are inedible. Getting back some money certainly could not erase our horrible experience. This outlet should change its staff or close down. I am pretty sure there will not be repeat customers given such poor quality of food. I def won’t patronise this outlet again

Extremely short staffed. 2 person only on a Saturday evening. Waited 30 minutes for my food. This is suppose to be fast food food! Hope management can do something about it.

This should be called slow food than fast food. There's barely anyone inside, yet they take twice as long service time than what you get from a full Mcdonald. And its not like they are understaff as well, they have just enough people for it to go much faster than what they dishing out. This is next level inefficient, they even get the wrapping wrong. I have to look inside if my order is correct. Change the manager for this place, next time i go safra.

The cheese very smelly and the chicken very hard. Like cooked few days ago. And believee, this is not my first time here. Everytime after eat , I'll think they will improve. But waste my money.

Service was slow and the staff was holding my ice cream while talking to another colleague instead of just packing my order first, as you can see from the picture I was just presented with a messy takeaway with the tissue and spoon all soiled with the chocolate syrup while the staff was prepping the food and didn’t bother giving me a new one the amount was also so little even tho picture shows it was full to the top? The last time I came had to wait for 10 mins even tho I was the only customer as I guess one of them went out and only came back 10 mins later to start prepping the food while another one who was there took 10 mins to fill up 4 cups of drinks lol ( I literally wanted to go into the kitchen to just take my own food at the rate she is prepping the food) this is the nearest branch to my house so I always patronise this outlet but comparing to MacDonalds even tho they have more customers they are more efficient and does the ice cream look appetising like the one shown in their banner ? NO.

WORST experience every time I buy multiple burger sets at this chain. There's ALWAYS one item missing, the food is COLD, and the staff takes their own sweet time to prepare the food. I literally see them joking and laughing at the back when there's a small crowd forming at the pick up counter. I love Burger King, but you got to work on improving service quality there.
