The tray was sticky and dirty. It's definitely not OK for the food.

Wow. Truly a masterclass in how not to do customer service. The staff member acted like serving customers was a personal inconvenience—eye-rolling, dismissive tone, and zero effort to even pretend to care. I’m not expecting five-star hospitality at a fast food place, but basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. If this is the standard here, management might want to take a closer look. You will be shocked to review the cctv footage. THIS GUY DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE THIS JOB AND TO SERVE AT THE FRONT LINE!! Date: 1 May 2026 Time: 2121hrs

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at any Burger King outlet. During dinner time, all the self-order kiosks were down, and there was zero guidance from staff on how to order. Many customers were left confused, and several ended up walking out. What was shocking was that staff appeared completely indifferent, and some even reacted inappropriately when customers left. At the counter, the situation was chaotic and unprofessional. Staff and managers were pushing responsibility to one another on who should take orders. One staff member was even eating while shouting across for someone else to handle customers. There was visible frustration—staff were cursing and clearly unhappy serving customers. The service I received was equally disappointing. A staff member showed clear attitude, staring, shaking his head, and handling my order rudely by throwing the food on the counter carelessly. When I asked for ketchup, he rolled his eyes and showed obvious annoyance. To make matters worse, despite it not being near closing time, food was already pre-prepared and left sitting at the collection area, which raises concerns about freshness. This is a city area outlet, and such poor service and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Definitely needs serious improvement.

The food stunned me! I was not expecting much from fast food, but this outlet changed my perspective of how a good team of people who make good food can change one's perception. I was upset at first because I wanted to get the cute Milo bag with the breakfast bundle, however they don't serve breakfast. The environment was very well kept and not too noisy as well. Thank you team💗
