Never had burger king lunch/dinner menu for years and just had this strong craving the other day. Loved that the fries and onion rings came pretty hot. Burger was smaller than i thought, but quite good actually! The chicken was really tender. Overall was a good meal.

The whole crew in this outlet needs a refresher course. Tables not clear and wipe. Floors dirty. Bins are full to the brim. No one bother to check safe entry/vaccinated. Its all basic for a fast food joint. Came in on a Tuesday night 830pm. Not even peak dinner time. Dont come to work if you dont like it.

I visited this place on 14th August and was served by a well rounded dude at the counter. I don't have credit card Therefore I've got to order it at the counter. Dude didn't seem to be in work mood. I repeated myself at least 3 times before he got to know what I would like to order. U can tell Staff lack of passion working at this,place. The Burger i had was nice though. Customer service honestly was way below average..

We enjoyed tea time at Burger King this afternoon. Chocolate sundae, onion rings and fish burger are my favorite. Used BK coupons to have one for one discount, that's great.

Service is fine, but look at this cheese fries. Where’s the friggin’ cheese? We pay extra for just a squirt of cheese? Not worth it.

Very clean place and good food! Fast service for food at the counter! Just need to self collect. Just redeemed a free ice cream for this survey. It closes at 11.30pm.

Hakim is very efficient and friendly even though it is peak hour on Saturday dinner time! And he remembers all our orders too! Thank you for the great experience! Good job!

Disappointing, service was bad, ordered takeaway but staff didn't read out the number, had to go to the counter and ask if its my order, ice cream was melting already when i took it. Didn't know it was a broken ice cream cone until I ate half of it, there was a big hole at the base and apparently it dripped all over my clothes. I had to go to the washroom to wash it off but it couldn't come off, it stained my white shirt. Will never patronise burger king suntec City outlet again

Lousy service from lousy staff chase away all the customers. One staff act like gangster wanna challenge with customers in service line so funny my goodness.. Better send him back home, service line not suitable for this kind of trash.

One of the few places for a cheap meal in the City. They were closed for a while for renovations and finally reopened. Go to place if you watch a movie at Suntec City

Horrible. 21st century slavery. 1 staff doing everything, literally, cooking, food preparation, drinks. Absurd. If such establishments can’t provide sufficient manpower to ensure efficient service. Don’t open. Just close. She could have contributed better elsewhere in the franchise chain. Consumer patience has its limits.

Had dinner here and there wasn’t many people in queue for the orders but my order took a fair bit of time. While standing waiting for my order to be served, was shocked when I saw the service staff making the burger sliding the package burger leisurely where I saw the burger “tumbled”. But still on the preparation table. The lady preparing the meals were also very slow though ours was the only order then. Taste wise as expected of Burger King. But I found the bun too dry with much sauce to go along. Always thought their burgers are premium compared to Golden Arches but after this meal, have to reconsider.
