Complaint about Burger King Service Today, I ordered two meal sets from this Burger King outlet. As I was in a hurry, I simply collected the order and left without checking it. When I got home, I realised that the nuggets were missing from both meal sets. This is not the first time I have experienced missing items from this outlet. It is extremely frustrating to pay for a complete meal and repeatedly receive incomplete orders. Honestly, this is the worst Burger King outlet I have ever experienced. Please take this issue seriously and improve the staff’s order-checking and service standards. Customers should not have to double-check every single item just to make sure they received what they paid for.

All good. Worth the money during promo, just input code in kiosk machine. Easy and fast.

Ordered Take away from this outlet. my order was a Double Turkey Bacon Meal and a Long Chicken burger. I have Requested for more Chilli Sauce and they only provide 2 pathetic sachets! This is not the first time. Other BK outlet won’t have this issue. Only Grantral Mall BK always like that. Very very poor service or they simply BOCHAP!

Yes, the service was very tardy and slow. It appears that there are significant issues with the workflow and overall system. The staff’s gestures and work processes lacked efficiency, and the teamwork was clearly not cohesive. Internal communication seemed mostly casual and unrelated to work, which further affected productivity. The level of service provided was neither comparable to fast-paced service standards nor even to basic self-service expectations.

Nice Burger King outlet at Grantral Mall. The place is clean, service is quick, and the food comes out fresh. A convenient spot to grab a meal, and the seating area is comfortable enough to dine in without feeling crowded.
