The fish burger itself was great. Nice crunch texture and thick fish patty. The fries were also fresh. The prices are kinda high when compare to American prices. I'm glad I was able to with American card, but for a bit added fee. A lot of people traffic coming and going, so it's probably hard to keep clean with the store being understaffed. They're typically busy but the line does fluctuates depending on the airlines schedules.

I was in terminal 3 looking for quick meal options. There were a few of them I chose Burger King, it was around $9 local currency for chips, chicken sandwich and large cup of drinks. The sandwich was alright, but the chips were missing salt. There was a self-service drinks station but no lids. It was kind of weird, not a big deal I guess. Also forgot to mention they have halal certificates if you are after halal options like me.

This is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve ever seen, by a long shot. I was at the airport for four hours- this BK was filthy when I got there, and when I left I went past again and not even one table had been cleaned that entire time. There’s multiple spilled drinks on the ground that hadn’t been cleaned up, and piles of food waste and cups on every table in the restaurant. In my country if a fast food place was run like this it would be shut down by health inspectors.

Absolutely disgusting burger and hot soda drinks and without any gas in them . Feels like expired soda water. Dine in here with wife and kids while waiting for the connecting flight. The fries were also super cold. Definitely chances of getting sick. Would not recommend it anybody eventhough who is super hungry plz better not to eat anything rather than getting sick. Hopefully you will read my review before eating rather than after eating which I did.

Staff were rude food was cold and they were trying to tell my order sat for twenty minute when my docket said 7 minutes. Horrible food.

Not fast fast food - only 1 guy manning the counter, no self order kiosks. Grouchy cleaning lady. Good coffee tho’ only $2! Airport prices beware!

Absolute racists Went to order plant,-based whopper, and I was told that this is made in beef and does not suit Hindus or vegetarians so nothing for vegetarians in the store. My daughter then ordered chips. She was eating on one of the tables. I went to get subway and came back to sit with my daughter in life in the store, the staff then came to me to told me to get out of the store because I had outside food. What am I supposed to do when my daughter is eating fries from the shop, they continued to racists me and threaten me and kept on staring at me, he didn’t finish there. He came and started taking photos of me and my kids. This was disgusting behaviour from Burger King and their staff , I wouldn’t stop to say this was racism.

Terrible customer handling by Kishen. Went for a burger at 3am and sat down at a table that was set up. Middle of my meal, I was asked to leave by the staff saying the dining area is closed and I had to sit elsewhere. 1. What kinda restaurant asks a customer to move mid meal? Not to mention my wife is in a wheelchair so there's no way I could move my food + luggage + the wheelchair. That's disrespect of a high level. 2. The manner in which this was conveyed is terrible. The table I sat on was set up and no one said anything while I was set up. When I asked this person if I can finish my meal atleast, the manager Kishen came out and blurted out in quick succession "area closed...no dining.....we give in take away bag....basic logic....eat and leave". He was speaking full sentences, but was interrupting me, my wife and himself. Someone get this team some customer handling training please. Pathetic!

I have been to Burger King at Changi Airport Terminal 3 three times in the last year, and each time I was disappointed by their service. The staff is rude and not using proper language. They do not greet the customers, they do not smile, and they do not apologize for any mistakes or delays. They act as if they are doing us a favor by serving us. The food is also not up to the standard of Burger King. The burgers are dry and cold, the fries are soggy and greasy, and the drinks are watered down. The portions are small and the prices are high. The restaurant is dirty and messy, with trash and food crumbs on the tables and floors. The toilets are filthy and smelly, with no soap or paper towels. I do not recommend this Burger King to anyone who values quality, hygiene, and customer service. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to, and I will never go back there again. They should be ashamed of themselves for ruining the reputation of a global brand. They need to improve their service and food, or they will lose more customers and business

I ordered mushroom swiss tendergrill chicken burger and I thought I was eating a sea salt burger… The whole burger was so salty. The mushroom and the chicken were just taste of salt. No burger I have ever eaten tasted like this… So disappointing BURGER KING BURGER

Foods quick and cheap but this is a great example of 'you get what you pay for'. The portion of lettuce in my burger was literally just the stem of the lettuce 👍

Typical burger king service. It took quite a while to order as there was only one person maning the kiosk. Once ordered however the food was quite quick. Not sure if this something specifc to the singaporean burger king's or the fact that it is in the airport but the menu was quite limited. At the end of the day the cost of the meal was higher than you would expect for food of that quality.

The staff here is extremely rude. They lack basic human interaction skills. The sitting area doesn’t allow for outside food even though it’s connected to the food court. My children wanted Burger King and the adults wanted food from the Singapore food street and when I brought my plate in the manager tried to kick me out and wanted me to leave my 6 and 7 year old unattended. I refused and the staff kept insisting and made my experience extremely uncomfortable. They also would not give simple things like mayonnaise on the side and insisted that they don’t do that. Overall an extremely negative experience. Shame on you Burger King. I will never go to any of your restaurants in the whole world.
