I’d like to greatly commend the night shift manager Amirah of Buona Vista CC. She is a very hard working staff who even though being swarmed by multiple orders from past 1.30pm managed to fulfil all the orders. Even though one of her crew made a mistake on my order, she did not hesitate to refund me the difference & gave me the right order. I’ve noticed Burger King staff on night shifts at this outlet is very understaffed compared to McD’s night roster. Burger King management should seriously look into the appropriate staffing for the night shift here at this outlet. The orders can be overwhelming with online orders as I’ve seen here quite often. Thank you.

Ordered delivery. My "Smoky Maple Mayo Double Beef" burger had no bacon (shown in the promo pics). Managed to get a slight credit refund at least. Tastes nice though, I like the smoky flavour. However, the beef patties were dry/flat. My family member got the "Double BBQ Turkey Bacon" burgers and their patties were so flat they thought they got a Single at first.

Had craving -> ordered quadruple bbq beef burgers w turkey bacon + extra bbq sauce request. Received one triple burger with no turkey bacon and a coin of sauce, and one dry quadruple burger with no sauce. Foodpanda gave me a compensatory $2 voucher for two wrong burgers worth $24 on their platform… 🙃 y’all know the feeling when you’re craving for something, you order it, and the order’s wrong… and they pour salt on your wound with a $2 voucher that requires you to spend on their platform again…
