there was a crew in charge at the front handling the cashier and orders i think her name was salema she really presented well and is always happy to serve customer i noticed this because i came to this outlet 3 times already and without fail she's always smiling and being cheerful to all customers although she may seem tired but is always smiling always at the front. She's also a very fast and good multi task crew at west mall and doesn't mess up or miss out anything from my order.👍

I had a lunch with a friend this afternoon and I had plant based whopper with cheese along with cheese fries. I must admit the plant based whopper was delicious. My friend had Angus mushrooms and according to him it was juicy and to die for! The whole experience was a pleasant one! The service was quick and professional. The atmosphere in the dining was calm and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back again and please do keep up the good work

I’ve ordered the double ultimate Angus Swiss mushroom meal many many times. Today the meat inside the burger looks raw. Apologies if the photo makes anyone grossed out. I broke the pieces to check if the whole meat patty was raw. Please do work on this as this is dangerous.

Philston provided outstanding customer service at Burger King. He greeted me politely, took my order accurately, and ensured everything was prepared quickly. When there was a small mistake with my meal, he handled it calmly, apologized sincerely, and corrected it without delay. His friendly attitude and clear communication made the experience smooth and enjoyable. He also checked that my order was complete before I left, showing attention to detail and care for customers. Philston’s professionalism and willingness to help created a positive dining experience and reflected well on Burger King. I would gladly return because of his excellent service.

Saleema at WestMall Burger King outlet is a very amicable, friendly and a lady full of good vibes cause I was sitting at a table besides the cashier and ordering table so I could see her always put on a smiling face to serve all the customers should they wish to place any order which is really not an easy task especially when Burger King opens from 8am till 10pm. I mean even if they are running on shift duty like 8 or 9 hours of working hours, it’s also not an easy task cause I could see that she is a pretty much big in size person, so I can totally understand how difficult it’s for her to stand behind the ordering counter for 8 hours with non stop of smiling as she needs to place every single order by every customer and its really not easy nowadays especially when this current era there are many difficult or impatience or nasty customers cause Singaporeans just literally like to complain and grumble so much about their daily life and never get content or satisfied with what they have, hence I must say Saleema is really a very hardworking and full of perseverance lady cause it really hurt her back a lot with the 8 hours of standing. I can guarantee you that her sole of her feet will never feel good after 8 hours of standing and it’s gonna ache for a long period of time due to the weight exert to her legs thus I truly feel heartache for her. I ain’t sure how much her salary will be however she must be so determined to earn money until she is willing to endure hardship and all the pain that she has to go through after many hours of working every single day together with putting on an everlasting smile every single day is seriously not one job which any local people in SG will want to do however she is willing to do, thus I totally feel that she truly deserve this complimentary letter of mine, as we can’t take things or people for granted, especially when nowadays there are very few young ladies who is willing or even want to work long retail hours anymore. So I am very impressed with own customer service skills & never give up working attitude thus this is highly recommendable especially when Burger King have so many people during dinner timing which is around 745pm thereabout on 6.2.26 (Friday evening) hence Saleema is a very awesome and good staff to have as she is willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers at the shop which is a rare gesture nowadays as I do not see any Burger King staff who will do such a caring gesture when come to serving of customers. Most importantly is that she did not show any sign of impatience body language when she face so many different customers over at the ordering counter hence this small gesture already deserves my utmost respect. So I am very confident to comment and compliment that Saleema is a very responsible, attentive and detail oriented lady because I work from a very small role in my finance career until only 3 years ago I got promoted as a Director of Sales when I start working in finance industry at age 26 and till now I am 43 years old already. I have my utmost confidence that Saleema is very capable and competent for her work and job duties from the way she serves me. Henceforth, she definitely deserve a pay raise and promotion for her effort in serving clients and going the extra mile for servicing me and making me feel so happy and fully satisfied and literally will want to patronise Westmall Burger King outlet more. If not, please kindly arrange a session to compliment her in front of all the staff for her awesome and splendid customer service cause she truly deserved it and all other employees should literally take her as a role model to learn from. Lastly I sincerely hope the higher management will take serious consideration on my feedback written especially for Saleema. Thank you.
