Burger size is getting smaller with the times, but still delicious thankfully. The hot Kit Kat Drink is quite nice although a bit too sweet. The dining environment in this outlet is quiet with very few people in the morning. Being able to pay with ShopBack Pay is an added bonus with extra cashback earned.

Had a really pleasant experience here. The staff member who served me was incredibly friendly, polite, and patient throughout the whole order. Even though it was busy, she stayed cheerful, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was correct. It’s rare to come across customer service that’s this genuine and welcoming. She definitely made my visit much better, and it’s employees like her that keep customers coming back. Thank you for the excellent service—keep up the great work!

2 stars. Just ordered and ate a whopper at junction 9. It was disappointing. Beef patty was microwaved. Not grilled. The patty shrunk in size. It was smaller than usual. It's the 2nd time I had microwaved whopper. There was no grilled marks on the patty. It tastes very different. Told my wife that BK whopper is the best this morning. Better than MacDonald. But tonight... BK disappointed me again. I suspect they cleaned up the grill already and didn't want to dirty it again. Or just too lazy to grill. It's only 8pm++ Slow grilling will make the burger more yummy. If I ordered the whopper 15mins b4 closing time. I understand. But 8pm? Today is a tiring day for me. Wanted to reward myself n treat myself to a juicy n yummy whopper. But BK failed me. My family members are all MacDonald lovers. I am the only BK lover. I have been eating at BK more often recently. I guess ... I might have to go back to eating MacDonalds. Will try BK whopper a few more times. If BK disappoint me again .... I will switch to Mac. Damn. Forgot to take pic of the microwaved patty. Will do so next time BK disappoints me. A few weeks later. I tried the whopper again. Got improvement. More yummy. Patty was cooked better. Will give it 4 stars. Keep it up BK! Will be back for more whoppers.

I had a baby and I was struggling to bring the baby chair to my seat as it was heavy. Staff member Azizah Sairi was extremely helpful. She saw me struggling and didn't ignore me; instead, she helped me bring the chair to my table, wiped it extra clean, and brought food to the table. Thank you so much for being so kind. We need more people like you.
