Best choice to experience slowest food restaurant. 1. Dirty table 2. Weird smell from the wrapping paper of the burger 3. The wrapping paper is greasy and will cause your hand dirty Recommend to go subway at the opposite or Mcd near the mrt station.

One of the fast food outlet located within the nearby premises of workplace for workers, residents living nearby and hotels Partons within five minutes walk proximity. Quite a good place to visit in the morning as it is usually packed with parton.

Poorly run BK outlet which is usually understaffed such that orders take around 10-15 minutes during lunch rush. Much of the time, the burgers disappoint because they're not fresh off the grill. There's no advertised BK flame broiled flavor. They've been kept somewhere in warm storage for quite a bit of time. I worked at BK as a teenager. I know what the systems and rules should be. I try to takeaway to eat outside nearby if weather is acceptable. The AC and ventilation is poor in the dining room. They added a bunch of fans, but that just blows virus around if someone is infected. There isn't good air change is the problem. Besides, because of low staffing and poor management, the dining room is usually a mess with tables not cleared nor sanitized. It's just a place run at a lower cost then is needed to run a BK. Last week, I ordered onion rings instead of fries. They were old and just warm. I sent it back. The lady tried to blame me for not picking up my meal when it was ready. Not true. She took my rings back, added a few more rings from the same old batch and gave it back to me, same temperature. I didn't feel like arguing, just ate them with ketchup. If there was a closer BK, I'd go there instead, but this is the only one in the region. I would eat at BK 1x a week if there's a well run one, but I avg about 1x per 2 months. I like the BK at Marina Square if I am by there.

Burger King management need take a serious evaluation on the outlet. First of all is the cleanliness of the place. Everywhere just look sticky. There is no air con and half the menu were sold out. It’s not the first time I came to this outlet and each and every time it got worse. The kitchen floor is dirty, fries and veggie was on the floor and being stepped over, which worries me if the food I ordered was properly prepared. Genuine burger goers like us would prefer a pleasant place to dine in.

This Burger King located just near lavender station is a very dirty store which is poorly managed and the staff and manager have a very bad attitude and poor customer service skills. The food I ordered was barely warm and when I returned it the staff member just looks at me and goes 'What!' So rude. I told him the food was called so he took it looked around and then disposed of it and put on some fresh fries the manager had been out of the store and when he returned he was looking around and he looked at me and I said I'm just waiting for a fries which had already been put up for service. It was then I could see where the staff got their attitude from because the managers attitude was the same he walked over and put some fries into its container and just dropped them onto a tray, as if to say you're a nuisance. The manager never washed your sanitized his hands when he walked back into the store and his attitude was disgraceful. The staff and the managers clothes were in disarray and looked filthy I really believe the health authority should be paying this store a visit. The store itself is dirty the floors are filthy and haven't been mopped in a long time numerous tables and chairs are filthy with leftover food on them and dried rings from drinks and stains from food. Extremely unhygienic and absolutely disgraceful. I need to get rid of management and put new management in here to motivate and train the staff properly. I do hope Hungry Jack's head office read this because this store needs a good kick in the backside and some Re training

Decided to go there since it's not too crowded, after ordering, then I realised the Aircon is down. This is terrible for a hot afternoon. But they did place a lot of ventilation fans around. Reading past reviews, they had not have Aircon for some time now...this is bad. Okay, review for the food. Ordered to new spicy chicken, BIG Regret. There is so much oil. When I picked up the burger, the oil was dripping down my fingers after three pieces of napkins dap (see photo), it was edible. The meat was well marinated though. Onions rings was decent, but too expensive. A medium size of about 8 rings for over $3 :( Employees were friendly and diligent despite the heat in the kitchen, cannot imagine them having to work without the Aircon and in an enclosed area.

Visited Burger King at Kitchener Complex for late dinner. I visited around 10pm and ordered their bundling package, sadly I forget the detail name of the menu, however the small banner at the cashier displayed this menu during my visit at 18th March, 2023. In this bundling package, you gonna get Tendercrisp Burger, 4 pieces of Burger King Chicken Nuggets (with curry sauce if you want), French Fries and a glass of Coke. Totally fulfilling portion for my convenient dinner. The staff kinda rude, but since the order is made accordingly, it's still acceptable for fast food chain in my opinion, even though they definitely can do better. Possibly the worse BK outlet in south central Singapore. The aircon isn’t working most of the time. Interior ventilation is poor. Their system seems to struggle to update the Trust card promotions. It’s now lunchtime and the Trust card 1-for-1 mushroom Swiss burger is available during lunch hours. I’d have imagined that the restaurant should have anticipated a lunch crowd who wants to use the promotion and to have their system updated first thing in the morning. What’s the outlet manager doing?

The beef burger was slightly warm. The chicken burger was cold and tough, threw half of that out. The onion rings were stone cold and that was the first bite of the meal. Place was dirty with every table being dirty and a tray being on half the tables. You couldn’t give me a free meal to eat here again.

This branch has the worst service. Does not answer any calls even from food delivery platform partners. Was trying to get them to cancel order and yet we tried so many times to reach out to them but not a single call was answered.

Pleasure of visiting this restaurant shortly after its reopening on November 1, 2023, following renovations, and I was thoroughly impressed. The restaurant's design is aesthetically pleasing, with well-planned lighting and comfortable seating. The working air conditioning added to the overall comfort, making our dining experience truly enjoyable. Three self-service kiosks for ordering, which streamlined the process efficiently. The presence of LCD monitors displaying our order numbers further added to the organized experience. The beef patty was absolutely superb, the nuggets delicious, and the French fries were nothing short of awesome. I recommend this place for a delightful meal! 🍔🍟✨

Redesigned the outlet entirely, fresh look and new furniture and cold aircond. It’s Halal certified too. Had the Double BBQ Turkey Bacon cheese burger, delicious!

Newly renovated. Reopened in Nov 2023. Check it out. Order via kiosk, sit n wait. V spacious n comfy with d new lights n seats. Love it. 5* atmosphere. === Convenient outlet which is spacious, quiet n usually not crowded. Only complaint is, it's understaff (1 manager, 1 cashier n 1 kitchen staff) so d service is sooo slow! Must b prepared to really wait when u visit this outlet. Air-conditioning here is weak, powered by fans. Restaurant is v warm in d afternoon.

Nicely renovated with a great concept of dining. I had my all time favourite whopper, flameboyously grilled whilst My wife had an Angus mushroom burger Which not so much mushroom. It's still a great place for a burgerful bite. Carry on makan.

It's Burger King, what can I say. Upsized the drink and I was shocked to see it was good for 3 people. Mexican drumsticks were actually tiny drumlettes and rather a bit on the dry side. Bought the same dish in other branches and they were all the same. Stick to the burgers when ordering.

The low rating review is given to the management for understaffing the outlet and the poor crews were stretched doing their best for the hungry diners. Diners have to leave their trays on the table after their meal simply becos the trash bin is filled to the brim.
