Absolute trash of a burger joint… Order number called and none of the staff bother to even man the serving counter to hand me my order. I had to call out to a zombie-fied 🧟♀️ staff to get her attention. All act blur… On top of that, the ingredients on the burger are just odds and ends of lettuce and onion except for the 2 decent slices of tomato but was ‘plopped’ to the side… Guess I made a huge mistake and ended up at Burger Trash 🚮

I appreciate the attention given to me and my friends but I wish to see your outlet's understanding if it is appropriate to put an extension on the floor rather than sealing off the area with some signs. For starters, we are unsure about whether we are able to study here but given the attention to us and we totally get that it is inappropriate to study here which an extension plug at the corner of the area which is not blocking any path way. And Secondly, I appreciate the careful attention that your staff has provided to caution other customers from stepping on the extension cord. However, I do believe that the matter was overexaggerated in terms of how your staff had chosen to aggressively barricade the entire area as if we pose as an immediate threat. I had ensured that the extension cord would in no way cause a disturbance or an inconvenience to other customers by placing it in a corner where it is simply impossible to be stepped on. To begin with, we opted to sit in the corner by the window because we knew that no customer would be able to realistically walk past the cord with the window at that side. However, instead, one of your staff who was a middle-aged man with grey hair, chose to approach our area multiple times and continuously place more furniture each time. It started with two caution signs, followed by three more chairs, and then decided to close the table beside us just because of one wire that is already shoved into a corner. I believe this behavior is extremely unprofessional from your staff, considering that none of them even approached us to inform us beforehand with regards to this matter - and decided that it was best to barricade off a whole area over one wire, and even created disturbances with other customers by loudly expressing their distraught and exasperated behaviours. Lastly I do not wish to make this a big matter but I will not tolerate this kind of behavior given to me or my friends therefore I hope that there will be a reply from you guys asap on how this matter is going to be resolved. If it is us in the wrong by putting an extension which is not blocking anyone's path way in the first place, I apologies for my action but that does not mean that your staff have to act this way to cause disturbance

Quite busy and crowded when me and my colleagues arrived at the restaurant.I ordered my favorite meal and regardless of busy i still get my order fast , hot and yummy as always.Kudos to the staff i think the managee too who is at the counter , he is very friendly and patient on customer needs and inquirY.Keep it up.

Slowest service ever. Waiting at the counter was the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever experienced. Only a few workers there, who were mind numbingly slow with a passion for ignoring me. Very fun.

Worst fast food service in Singapore! It’s the most slowest service fast food in history! 20 minutes to take orders and 40 minutes to pick up food😡 I will get a refund in the US if the fast food service is longer that 5 minutes. Someone should do something to this outlet get it out of the fast food industries 😬

I have been standing at the counter for about 30 minutes. There is also another customer behind me waiting as long as I did. I don't understand how they can ignore the customers waiting to order at the counter. 2 workers walked past the counter more than 3 times yet didn't do any single thing. I understand that it's packed, but at least take our orders first so we could have a sit & wait for our order number. Not ignore us standing there for 30 minutes.

Often during midday, many menu items are unavailable, which is disappointing. The kids’ meal is consistently out of stock every day. A piece of simple advice: if you know items are frequently running out, it would be common sense to keep more in stock.

BK has the best breakfast sandwich among the fast food chains in my opinion. Everything was served hot. Turkey bacon and egg was pretty good, bacon was crispy but egg was kinda weird. Hashbrown was crispy but lacking of taste.

Would like to commend the service staff here especially Mr Francis who is very friendly and kind, and always smiles to welcome me and my little boy. The place is kept very clean and tidy always. Thank you staff! Thank you Mr Francis and God Bless you always. Manager Liyana is also helpful and nice.

Pretty much the worst Burger King food I’ve ever had, travelled globally. Appalling quality. I wonder what the regional managers of this business is doing, do they even eat their own food or travel and compare how much better it is (say Thailand) than Singapore.
