The setting of the place was quite okay for dine-in. Staff was friendly but a little bit impatient when calling numbers as I was sitting far away behind from the Counter. I ordered the melted cheese whopper burger and I would not recommend it as the cheese taste weird and blue cheese taste much more better than this. Overall still satisfying but not up to 5 stars. It is 💯 MUIS Halal Certified.

Service very slow. Can't order at counter only machines but 2 out of the 3 machines are spoiled. Told the staff but they didn't care. Most staff give the "i dont care" attitude. Resulted in long queue. Not the first time. Please do something burger King.

Very poor service from this branch. I understand there are many delivery orders and the staff are busy handling it but after that? I waited more than 30 minutes just for my meal. Even when the delivery orders are settled how can they missed my orders and prepared those who ordered after me. So if I didn’t ask do I wait forever there? Wasted my time and my food received were cold too. Seems like I will stick to Mcdonald as my to go fast food place.

I think this is one of the biggest Burger King outlets there are in Singapore. Ample space to move around without feeling like the tables are crowded or packed closely to each other. There are 3 self-help machines to place your order and also can order from the counter. Frostbite apple strawberry insanely sweet due to jam below. Must stir together with the rest of the drink for better balance.

Quiet and plenty of space on a Friday night. Good for families as they have a spacious seating arrangement. There are work stations around where you can charge device and eat at the same time but the stations are hogged by people constantly charging different items.

*UPDATED 6MAY 2023* Lunch time 1230pm... same amount of crowd since my last review. But this time no angry grabfood panda riders. Operations looks busy but smooth n efficiently quick. One glance over the counter and I can see like 6 staff. Double the last time I was here. Now can order from the counter also lol. Much improvement. And faulty automated order machine loose door has been fixed. Burger just as juicy n delicious. Thumbs up! Good job guys! Previously reviewed: This place desperately needs help.. need more staff on weekends and peak hours... Really jialiat... stressing the poor staffs here... the owners should be ashamed of themselves... lol Kudos to this chap who handled managed all the stress and failed orders and messed up orders. The kitchen also got my burger wrongly made but it tasted not too bad today... 👍

I rarely rate places below 3 stars, yet alone a fast food world famous franchise. Yet it is with a heavy heart that I have to rate this place so low but I just could not lie. Firstly staff was inattentive, but it was truly the quality of the food thus branch so poorly produced that got me appalled. Not to mention the chill sauce dispenser was super weird tasting. Burger I ordered was the special one, but it was so so bad. The standard was so bad. Sure the layout and the design of this new outlet was super, huge and spacious, but the food taste, even the fries and onion rings, super overcooked, yucks to be honest, and I love burger king you know. So it was really hard. Paid extra for the ice mocha but it was not good either. Oh well. Hopefully they can do better and maybe I will be back. Or else, this branch really needs some cleaning up to do.

Ran out of hershey cake and kaya pie before 10am? Shorthanded for such a big BK. Atmosphere is good but can definitely improve.

Really slow, getting my burger set after 45 minutes waiting. They have TV to show the queue numbers but never update. Everyone has to stand around the counter to wait for the food. Staff are working hard but really can't cope. Is this "fast food"?

Was standing at the counter for almost 7mins but no staffs attended to me. Standing there like an invisible man when obviously they saw me standing there until I had to voice out and asked, "how long more do I have to wait?" 1 of the staffs quickly took my order. Can't really blame them as I only saw 4 working staffs and only 2 of em in the kitchen preparing food. Suggest that BK provides more man power especially during the weekends.

This past few months service have improved tremendously in terms of speed. I remember this outlet used to be so slow but now is a lot faster. Orders used to take 30 min now is 10 mins max. Now this is what you call fast food service, hence no more bad reviews of slow service. Management took necessary actions to improve the slow complaints 👍.

Came here 28/2/2024 when there wasn’t that much people around 9pm. Went to this outlet and got really disappointed by the worker. Just bought one cheese tub. After I ordered, I stood at the counter since there’s not much people. The worker came and asked yes? Then I answered I ordered just one cheese tub and she rudely said “yes? And?” She knew that’s all I ordered and gave me a look as if I DID SOMETHING WRONG LIKE????? Am i not allowed to just order one thing??? Then she quickly went to the back, and put cheese in the container while having her back turned at me. Then she gave me a cheese tub with like an amount I would say is not worth $1.5. I was extremely disappointed but I don’t want to say anything anymore since she is having this attitude as if she don’t even want to work there or talk to me. Extremely rude. Wont be buying here anymore. (PS I only bought a cheese tub since I didn’t want to spent $5 on fries since I can just make that at home plus the Burger King cheese is really good)

Waited 40mins for my order in a FAST-FOOD restaurant, which I could have finished my meal at a regular restaurant. It's always slow. Food was ready without enough staff for packing. McDonald is so much fast! BK is only meant for people with plenty free time

absolutely horrendous, unimaginable experience I had. I am utterly disgusted. I ordered 5 burgers for take out and only received 4. When I contacted the customer service twice for burger king heartbeat@bedok, no one answered. I then proceeded to provide a feedback online. They reached out to me after 3 days. When I requested to be repaid by visa, they asked me for lots of information about my bank account details. This led to be worried about my personal details and hence I asked to change to cash. However, they stated that the mode of payment could not be changed, which is absurd. Therefore, this experience ruined my good impression of burger king.
