Jan 2022 - Ate the Salmon burger at T3 transit area! 😳 It was too dry and hard! Bad! Dec' 2021 - It's been a long time I have not been to Burger King and today I decided to go to Burger King at Terminal 1 public area. The food taste excellent that comes with great ambience. Definitely will come often!

Waited 10 to have my order taken, there is zero queue and I’m the first in line. Both order taking machine is out of service. Heavily short of staff. Waited another 25 minute to have my food prepared. 35 min wait in total for a fast food? Extremely waste of time. Only 3 person working, 1 server 1 preparing food and they have been chatting to each other from time to time.

Calm and bright dining place inside terminal, after immigration. Good place for a nice family/friends dining time. Burgers are good! Staff are serious about their work, probably they are missing their cheerfulness (may be due to work environment/timing).

We got the famous drink that Singaporeans love, Milo, it was like just milo and water. Wouldn’t recommend. Hershey’s Sundae Pie was a surprise. Yummy for the tummy. It’s located adjacent to Cactus Garden in Level 2.

This Burger King in T1 Departure offers great views of the airport taxing bay, serves great burgers 🍔 but it’s uncomfortably HOT 🥵 in the afternoons due to the glass panels and poor air-conditioning. The Double Cheese Whopper and Double Swiss Mushroom have been my favourite Burger King burgers since young 👍🏼

Ordered two grilled chicken burgers but the chicken was very disappointing. It was barely grilled and had no flavour. The only thing I liked was the Hershey Sundae.

Tasted much better and fresher. Service was quick family meal option is not available at T1, which was disappointing. Service was friendly and good. Coffee was surprisingly good and the best part it is Halal also. Thanks! Hot Chocolate had too much ice so kids said it was OK.

I usually don't eat in fast food restaurants🥤 but since I am Vegan and I was hungry, the airport didn't offer much. So I had double plant based whopper 🍔 and it was yummy😋. Please try... I will like it! 😍

Friend Burger came without mayonnaise When I requested for a small container of mayonnaise was told that they don’t have it and mayo is only for burgers. After explaining they insisted that I show them the burger. I took a picture and they insisted that I show them the actual burger. Manager told the staff to answer me instead of answering himself. Staff then spoke Malay to another staff to attend to me. After I told them that it’s so difficult and not that I’m asking for money they then came to the table with a obnoxious and spiteful amount of mayonnaise. Attached picture shows their spite and the mayo-less burger Horrible service and staff that should be sent for service training again.

This is how Burger King at Terminal 1 in Changi serves the food. There used to be sauce or ketchup and mayo, but now it’s a lousy dry experience. The burger is also quite dry as the sauce is also too little.

DONT TAKE THE SPICY CHICKEN BURGER!!! The chicken was raw and could easily intoxicate you. A 30 minutes wait before ordering. Too long guyssss Juste take the nuggets with fries, simple is the key 👍

I have my lunch as well as staying to chill around. Here is my review for today. The broccoli cheddar ball tastes like a typical pizza. Nothing's special on the onion ring. The burger is big that I have to separate each component and the taste of the burger feels like the combination of hamburger and stir-fried prawn. As for the taro pie, it tastes like taro but the consistency is less gooey than I expected (it is in high viscosity). The lychee berry taste more on lychee than the berry. In short, my meal for today fills my tummy to full. $14.50 may be pricey but it justifies the worth of my lunch.

Extremely Disappointing Experience My recent visit to Burger King at Terminal 1 was incredibly frustrating. I had to endure a staggering one-hour wait in line just to place a food order. The lack of efficiency and organization was disappointing, and it significantly impacted my overall travel experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to provide a better service to customers.
