Last weekend, I placed an advanced order through Grab for a sports event on Monday morning. I ordered 39 items and received less than half. No call or message to notify that the items were missing/lacking. To top it off, I was overseas and could not resolve this myself onsite, This is totally unacceptable. It was a shock to realize there was not enough food to go around for the guests, and Grab specified in their fine print they could not do a re-delivery (OMG). Ridiculous and totally unprofessional! It's an 8.30am-9am delivery. It's in the morning, you will surely have enough to sell, so my guess is what happened was you sold my stock to the retail customers instead of making to extra to buffer for my advance order. Is this a lazy attitude to not cook extra instead????

Dry Mee Siam did not taste like mee siam. It only sour taste. Otah was not really otah, more like mushy fishcake. Tau por bits were just oily and tasteless. Nasi Lemak rice was crumpy and no coconut lemak taste. Ikan bilis was super hard. It would be 2 stars if not for the fried chicken wing that was tasty. Old Chang Kee should just stick to what it does best. Would not eat such meals in Old Chang Kee any more.

Today Brough dinner. Realised servicing lady on chicken rice side is worst. Only give two chicken piece and one potato. Earlier I also ordered 10 packets for house function. Serving was not good. Each packet have either two chicken piece and one potato piece or one chicken piece and two potato pieces. She try to sell more packets but reduces original serving quantity. It happens only with take away orders.

Old Chang Kee, located in Jurong Point, is a popular Singaporean street food chain offering classic street delicacies such as curry puffs, fried chicken wings, fish balls, and fried squid. The curry chicken and curry puffs are rich and flavorful, with juicy chicken and generous toppings. The fried chicken wings are also good. Prices are affordable. Service and ambiance: Most staff are friendly. Conveniently located, easily accessible within a shopping mall.
