It was near closing time but I wanted to grab two curry puffs. There were still many pieces stacked up but the staff told me "all sold out." Strange. Maybe they're have been set aside for delivery. But swinging by later, saw the staffs putting them into generic paper bags. Anyway, this outlet always have long queues about does a brisk business anytime of the day. It doesn't matter. As a feedback to the management and Mr Lim Tao-E, brisk business calls for greater attention to buyers walkaway satisfaction. Basic retail 101. I wonder how the original founder of Old Chang Kee in Albert Street would do in my scenario.

Food is very very cold. It feels like they defroze it in batches after it's cooked at the factory and did not reheat it. Thank you.

Just ordered Curry O and sotong sticks, auntie shouted “CURRY O NO MORE NO MORE TOMORROW THEN HAVE STOCK”…… calm down auntie how do we know if theres stock? Then after that for payment she didnt click properly kept telling me how to make payment when it’s not done yet? After payment told me “tap the card here next time” 😂 utterly distasteful. Thanks for the service i guess?

I’ve tried Old Chang Kee at various malls and usually enjoy it, but the outlet at Clementi Mall has been disappointing. I’ve given it a few chances, but the fried items are consistently cold. Is there food warmer? Is it not working, turned on or maintained properly.

Totally absurd i wish can give them negative star. First of all very rude, im trying my best to shake it off, all i want is my food. Order my plater set tru grab order. Come over to collect & i ask politely is mine order ready? , none of them ans my question. Make me wait for 10 mins, then when its ready they called my Q number, & again i ask , it is complete? She said yes in a very rude tone. When I reach home to my kids, all i see my food order was incomplete.. my kids didn’t get enough dinner for that day, in the end i have to order again from other outlet. I wont forgive what they have make my day miserable.
