If I could give 0 stars, I would. I work nearby and eat OCK almost every day, but buying breakfast from this outlet always starts my day on a bad note. The Vietnamese auntie serving at the counter is consistently rude. It honestly feels like I owe her money, or that she’s unhappy that I’m buying food from the outlet. There’s never a “thank you” or even a smile—just a plain black face throughout the interaction. She throws my food onto the counter for me to take without saying a word. Basic courtesy and customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. I genuinely enjoy OCK’s food, but the service at this outlet really needs attention. I hope OCK management looks into this because it reflects poorly on an otherwise good brand.

Visited at 850pm on 11 Oct 2025 which was obviously within their operating hour but the lazy worker insisted that the outlet closes at 830pm. Furthermore, there are still some leftover items which can be sold but again worker proved to be lazy and disregard business opportunities.
