Have always come to this place to satisfy my pizza craving, usually goes for 3 slices of selection such as Pepperoni, Hawaiian and a random piece... Good offer, the staff are always polite, had no problem so far after so many visits

Dont ever order Pezzo on public holidays. Staff doesn't know how long it takes to make a pizza. It's not even about public holiday or not. Because the oven and the pizzas are within their control. Told us to come back 30min later and we ended up waiting for 1h. Told us that they are baking non-stop so how is it that our pizza is in the oven when we are there to pick it up. Orders that are later than us came out earlier too. Clearly they have mixed up all the orders and perhaps even giving ready pizzas to people who were there when the pizzas are out instead of the ones who ordered first. Go to other outlets. The pezzo at jurong point is not worth going for gatherings on public holidays.

To the counter girl who was taking order at 7:06pm, pls work on ur customer service communication. I understand that ur machine was down. Instead of saying payment by scan or cash, do specific what ur scan means. Scan can also be paynow, then when mention paynow possible u gave the annoyed tone of machine is down. Unless u want to scan. MIND U ur "scan" signages of grabpay or shopback was hidden on top of ur cashbox behind a poster. So elaborate ya

First time got a pizza from this place and maybe last time. Instead of giving me the nicer look one which left last 2 piece, I was given the ugly one. (See picture). Good reminder to save money and maintain good health instead of spending money on this kind of junk. Updated: Owner updated to apologise for it. Accepted. Hope the food display standard will improve. Service wise honestly to say is quick and fast for a staff to handle long q. Not easy for the staff job.

The quality of food is exceptional and I thoroughly enjoy it, especially when it can be purchased in slices.
